What I dont like about the bees, is that you can't se the range when placing. Is it really that wrong to add a visible cirkel when you a placing them? or at least write what range they have. This is just one out of many places where giants don't give a crap and cheap out on info about the feature. That is a shame.
I find bees a disappointment tbh. They are insane slow producers for honey and I just stack up whatever my 6 hyves produce in case I ever get the muesli factory. It seems just one pallet per game year.
@@hueginvieny7959 Im not insane, you probably get way more pallets of honey then, I dont even bother about the one pallet my 6 largest hyves produce so far. Thats never gonna be 300g for one pallet. Haha
You need 98 of them for a full year of production. This seems like alot but if you scatter them around your fields it's pretty easy to hit that number.
Finally some useful information on bee's. Its always been "they effect yield", where as this is "how much and how far away from the hive." Super useful! Thanks.
In the base game only canola, potatoes, and sunflowers get a yield bonus from beehives (super lame decision by Giants...). The different hives have both a different yield and a effect radius distance that the yield applies to; bigger hives make more honey and have a larger radius. There's going to be the Bees Revamp mod that will add additional crops to get the bonus, increase the yield bonus to be more realistic, and increase the range that the beehives work at.
@@blackdadgaming6944 The "Bees Revamp" from FS22 is being ported to FS25, but it's still being worked on. The developer has the code for it on Github, Peppie84 is his name.
@@benduncanson2663 I only play on Steam so I don't keep track of the consoles. I know it uses Lua scripts to make the calculation changes so probably no, unless it was available on consoles in FS22.
I got rid of the beehives on Hutan Pantai and RB Spring as to me it seemed to me you were getting less honey and took longer than on FS22, but that might be just my perception.
Thanks for the breakdown! Could you help me with something unrelated: My OKX wallet holds some USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). What's the best way to send them to Binance?

You can do a feature request on the giants forum instead of complaining about giants on a youtube video.
Someone ran this test at release found canola got 5% and sunflower/potato got 2.5%. That may have changed in one of the updates.
FS academy says sunflowers 5% canola and potato 2,5%
Y can only move spawn point for bees one time? I cant move it anymore
I don't get why they can't explain things like this in the game. We shouldn't have to test every little thing to know how it works.

Your insane buy a bunch of hives store the honey and sell in January I make 300g on honey each year

I placed a crapton of beehives around my fields on the map and it makes at least a couple pallets of honey per day in game.

I hope so there was one in fs22 that was cool.

Will that bee mod come to PS5?

@benduncanson2663 unlikely. Scripts. However you might get mods for different beehives that could be better than standard.
Hi, do you have a guide to building the small sheds? I’ve been trying to look for a guide but I haven’t found a single one.
Very helpfull. thank you
Would it make full bonus for 1 big field with 1 beehive, placed very close to this field, or only for nearest area of the field?
Does having multiple beehives increase the distance?
I would like to know this also.
The bees mechanic is super undercooked. Could be so much more but it’s feels like an afterthought
Dam I thought bees helped with wheat and barley as well.
What a waste 😮
Well dont really watch your videos but since getting fs25 ive been here enough to try and find details that ive subbed as you do the best guides
Just wished the bees were worth using for honey without loading up the map with them.
If I remember right, I've toy place the beehive you can see the range in the info when you walk up to it. Last you could in 22 and I think in 25

Wow! A video without your guide in how to move pallets. How refreshing!

I've noticed They don't produce as much like in fs22 this is without crops
