I did this yesterday and the tinnitus disappeared. By bedtime, it started up again. I did the exercise again and it quieted down a lot but not completely as it had done earlier. The next morning ears were ringing but half an hour after I got up, the tinnitus disappeared again! By late afternoon it came back, but not as loudly as normal. so I just did the exercise again at dinner time. I will report back later with results. In any event these two days have been the best I've had since tinnitus started 2 1/2 months ago.

I find I get more out of this series of stretches by doing the stretches in your other video beforehand. "Atlas Adjustment & Atlas Correction ⚡ Best Exercises for Neck Pain & Atlas Pain." I have a lot of stiffness in my left SCM which caused cervical torticollis since I was a baby. by adding these stretches, it loosens my neck up enough to benefit even more from this tinnitus video. The tinnitus is a recent development (2.5 months ago) but clearly related to my atlas being misaligned. THANK YOU for these videos!

It seems to be the case that these specific neck muscles are the cause and the tinnitus is the effect. Include more exercises in the future because this does work. Thank you.

What a nice channnel. :-) And I remember that german girls were not that pretty in the time of my younger days. :-D Will definetely do this each day. And with bonuses of beautiful girl and calm music.

You're welcome! 🙂 We're happy to hear this. Unfortunately, we don't have any experience with medications, since in our opinion you should always avoid them. In most cases, they don't help to solve the underlying cause so they don't only have side effects, but they also won't bring you any relief in the long run. Perhaps these exercises can also relieve the pain around your ears. Just give them a try, you've got nothing to lose since it's a natural treatment appraoch! From what I understand, there isn't a "Cure" for tinnitus. It's something to be managed. I doubt there is one answer for everyone; every person is different. I'd say do them until you get relief. There is another guy who does tinnitus exercises; Austin Goh. Those have also been very effective for me. Good luck!

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us! 🙏🙂 Have you been performing these stretches regularly? Sometimes, you won't get instant relief, but you have to keep repeating them daily to see first results. 💪 If your tinnitus isn't caused by muscular-fascial tensions in your cervical spine, these exercises probably won't help you. However, it's worth a try, so please don't give up too early, but keep going! We'd love to hear how you feel in a couple of weeks. 🤗 Best wishes Hannah from Liebscher & Bracht P.S. Unless tension in the neck muscles causes it. If increasing tension causes tinnitus to subside or goes away, you know that is the cause.
