Thanks for the video. Im looking to do this to my V6 Accord since I need to replace the AC vompressor clutch field coil. Just as a tip it is always best to remove the negative cable when doing repairs. Reason being is that if you accidentally touch your wrench to any metal while your on the positive post it could short out because the ground path is still there. If you do the negative cable it doesn't matter if you touch any metal.
Never ever tell anyone on any car to remove the positive cable first,always remove the negative cable first,otherwise you can fry a computer Which is much more expensive than an Alternator

Good vid. They make special tools for releasing belt tension, I have the gearwrench one and it works like a charm.
