Mohak, i think that this video of Soch is one of the best research work done by you.. I personally thank u for bringing this matter into lite. Most of Middle and lower class families have to look in their pockets before buying things...
Low income salary Slab, different slabs of pay in different states. Too much difference in salary pay in metropolitan cities like Kolkata, Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru. A person gets higher pay in advanced mertropolitan cities in comparison to other cities.
A security guard or a kfc, dominos employee hardly gets only 10k a month with an average working hours of more than 10 (not including their traveling time).
So how can we expect that they have the capability to feed their children well.

@electric conductor there are a lot of nutrients that you get through meat that wouldn’t be possible through a vegetarian diet. Vitamin B12 is one of them. Every country that has a large consumer base meat eaters have grown their height exponentially. Meat does have essential nutrients that our body needs.

Video request- Broken Indian healthcare system
As a young healthcare professional, I can attest to the vast disillusionment in the current generation of graduating Indian doctors. The public healthcare system is inhospitable and the corporate healthcare is squid-games level predatory. Doctor-patient trust is badly fractured. The incidence of doctor burn-out, suicides and mental health issues are at an all time high. The ultimate victim eventually is the common man.
I face these issues after finishing 13 years of medical training from the best medical schools. Unfortunately, like a lot of my colleagues, I am forced to explore options to migrate to a western healthcare system, not for better opportunities or money, but probably as a last-ditch thriving effort.
I respect your research methodology and impartial factual presentation. Hence, I humbly implore you to present your take on this issue.🙏

The Indians living in the USA are usually tall and us European Americans get the impression that Indians are tall not short from our experience but the web says that Indians are usually short? Us white or European American men average 5'9" and the Indian American men that I see in the USA, well atleast young adults are mostly taller than 5'9" and I would say that their average height is 5'11". Their families are usually from western India, as far south as Kerala, with most from northwest India. Younger generation of Indians are usually tall more than short in the USA as well. The people that are getting shorter in the USA for the younger generation are people that look like myself, European. The average height of white men in the USA when the Baby Boomers and GenX men were in our 20s and 30s was atleast 178 cm but probably 180 cm or 5'11" and a majority of us were under 200 LBS or under 91 Kg in body weight or in the 1970s to 1990s white American men averaged 180 cm or 5'11" and 175 IBS or 79 Kg. GenZ young adult white men of today in the 2020s look only 5'8" or 173 cm on average but with an average weight of 210 IBs or 95 Kg or anotherwords got shorter and fatter than previous white European generations in the USA. Europeans in Europe make fun of us European Americans in the USA calling us short and fat. Immigrants from South Asia, East Asia and even Southeast Asia are taller on average than white European Americans in the USA. Average height in the USA is 5'9" and would be only 5'8" if only GenZ white Americans were the only ones included. Young Immigrants from Asia and us older white men and black men are why the average is higher than 5'8" for USA average height of 5'9" and would be higher if not for GenZ white American men. GenZ white American men eat too much processed foods and junk foods and rarely exercise and almost always are on their smartphones. Us older white men are often telling them to get off their lazy butts and exercise and eat better but we might as well talk to a wall because they ignore us all of the time.

As a 5'6 and a 21 year old girl, I can say that most of the boys and girls are shorter than me, weather is in my school days or in college, but boys who used to play sports was having nice height in my school, even my own sister used to play basketball and she is 5'8, we both were given same diet but because of the sports she is taller than me, and I also think genetic also play an important role in height, along with nutritional diet and sports.

There're more feminine, looking younger, simping for women over their goal, easily addicting to bad things, they're easily influenced by others, not getting strong and fighting skills. It's so sad to see this generation kids not going to be a Man if this will continue.

Most important thing the kids are mostly indoors during most of the time reasons are many everybody can make the list. But due to lack of manual physical activity is reduced in all ahe groups the growth sprouts are not streched. The point where a child is needed to work out in open air they are stuffed in classes. If everyone wants that their kid should grow normally the school time and homework time should be reduced.

@Nix Man indian vegetarian food is kinda carbohydrate filled NGL. Like PPL think dal is protiens buts it's also carb filled. Not all can afford paneer everyday. (Majority ppl upper middle class PPL). The amount of rice and roti PPL eat is actually more than vegetables or side dishes . Then indians love sugary drinks like milk tea and sweets . Also eating timing and stress causes pot bellies in men and women from late 20's onwards. Many PPL do not walk 5 kms every single day ! Indian ppl don't exercise or take good amounts of protiens or vitamins . Also we tend to cook everything who sometimes eliminates all the nutrients. So yeah
