As someone who has learnt 12th class cbse biology.... I can definitely say that virginity can't be confirmed through hymen . The hymen can be broken through extreme physical activity such as football or other sports . *Virginity is a state which says that whether a person have indulged in coitus with consent form both the male and female* ....*this has nothing to do with absence / presence of hymen*. So the state of virginity is only known by the person (i.e whether he/she had coitus is only known by the person themselves) .So no point in testing it out ....but to be rather truthful and open about it ( both man and woman)before getting married.

As someone who has learnt 12th class cbse biology.... I can definitely say that virginity can't be confirmed through hymen . The hymen can be broken through extreme physical activity such as football or other sports . *Virginity is a state which says that whether a person have indulged in coitus with consent form both the male and female* ....*this has nothing to do with absence / presence of hymen*. So the state of virginity is only known by the person (i.e whether he/she had coitus is only known by the person themselves) .So no point in testing it out ....but to be rather truthful and open about it ( both man and woman)before getting married.

I recently started watching you. You're a great guy bringing attention to some very disturbing things about India. In recent years India has become very unsafe and too much chaos is going on everywhere.

When I decided to switch to menstrual cup my mom and my friends were worried about me loosing virginity but thankfully it wasn’t that hard for me to educate them and they soon understood my point. But when my friends wanted to switch to menstrual cup after being inspired by me then their parents weren’t supportive enough because they were scared for loosing virginity. Sigh :( they continue to get rashes from using pads and feel uncomfortable with that sticky feeling…

I’ve had a huge fear of cup too but I decided to overcome it because I saw soo many women saying that they were scared like me but when they gave cup few tries then they said it was their best decision ever. So it gave me confidence and now I’m one of those women too who believes it’s the best decision I ever took :)
