I really enjoyed this one. It was so fun but i could feel my entire core working. I appreciate the cue to spread the floor apart beneath my feet, it gives me so much stability and truly helps engage the core more as a result. Thank you NML!
Did this ab workout this morning, after a yoga flow/stretch workout!!! This was really good and it’s just the right amount of time! That first move was more challenging than it looks!
I love this one! No squats, so perfect for my bad knees! I'm getting ready to upgrade my ab workout from your diastasis recti routine, which I've been doing in combination with another DR routine for the last two months. I'm putting together a workout routine in preparation for July, and I'm definitely including this one!

Loved this one!! Question on the windmills: I’ve seen them done with the weight in the lower hand rather than over head. Is this ok?
If that is more comfortable for you - yes!
I liked this a lot, and I think keeping my DB to 10# helped me to engage the abs more rather than to have arm strength involved.
