    Bakshi boasting about his accomplishments and judging his neighbours for ordering swiggy at 3 am, judging an entire generation. It's people like this guy who thinks that giving speeches emphatically is leadership, and judging people with zero empathy who are responsible for toxic work culture.

    The manager of which he is talking about is the same person who was watching cricket and delaying work in between office hours.
    Yes it takes a huge stress and work load in watching cricket in between office hours....
    We need to realise that some people in higher management and HR are not working and are harrassing the associates...
    These people are just having leisure time...
