One arm scapula push ups, planche lean holds, hindu push ups, and the frog stand will be very useful once your shoulder and back have been strengthened from these exercises
Maybe you guys can help me out, I used to do the split stance cable row and rotate exercise (I was actually inspired by Ramsay Dewey and his elastic band drills) but I had to stop because every time I did it as I was walking away from the machine I would get extremely light headed and feel like I might pass out. Do you have any clue what I might have been doing wrong? My only guess was I was twisting something wrong and somehow bending an artery or something.
It's a heavy exercise, I do them from lower down and use then as an a to rotational movement and it adds some upper back and traps, it fries me with only 14kgs
I find that when I do both a lot of heavy bag work along with upper back exercises, it starts to be over taxing on my back. The one thing I find helps me a lot even when I am doing a lot of heavy bag work, are face pulls.
Go full rom on pull-ups...those were really poor reps, sorry to say. Fewer reps or do negatives so you don't short change yourself. Generally decent advice otherwise

use the weights room for the strength stuff. THEN perform skills stuff: sparring, shadow boxing pad work etc
subscribed. I have a combat sports science background and these guys are legit. loving this channel so far
That kettlebell band hack is incredible for the row. Definitely trying that. Thanks chaps.
I want my core strength maximized. Gotta be able to take a few good ones and keep pushing
Great workouts! You gotta listen to this guy on 1.5X playback speed but all in all this is great info💯
Also the recoil at the end of the punch

Were you holding your breath?
@@shanindtheeed I think not. It has been a few months but I’m pretty sure I exhaled with each and every rep.
If you were definitely breathing, try lowering the weight?

Dude i will come to your training camp when i get my game together
Would it be worth doing both single arm rows and dumbbell prone rows in a workout? Do they provide the exact same benefits or are they different?
prone is bilateral and more mid back and single arm is more lats so yes you can do both in a session
There is not a subscribe button on my TH-cam screen
I’ve got grade 2 ql strain it has been 3 months now can I incorporate some of these exercises ?
4:29 if boxers are struggling to get into this position isn’t that an indication that something needs to be worked on?
I was thinking exactly the same thing. Surely, you work on wide grip pull ups to counter balance out weaknesses and work out the lats
Can i train with mashines ?
Any tips for shotput?
You can search garage strength channel on youtube.
Olympic weightlifting will help you with shotput

Eccentric? Speed
There’s no way that deceleration on the first exercise is safe for the shoulders.

You’re saying all 4 of these guys performed poor reps. In 6 demonstrations all were performed incorrectly?
