The fact that Jake Paul is fighting a 60 year old man is a joke

No current boxer can keep up with Mike Tyson’s speed as 60 year old

The secet to his physique was that he trained explosively while using body weight as unit. He also did a lot of stability training such as with the core training and neck bridges.
This should be readily apparent, except to clueless people.

The jump rope was Tyson’s real secret weapon imo. Agility counts for a lot around tired opponents

I’m glad to see Tyson using an actual Neck Machine. Because those neck bridges almost completely ruined his spinal column and health overall.

A lot of GooTube commentators are criticizing Mike's short 3-6 second clips as not useful, but Mike has always trained this way - in explosive bursts. It's how he knocked his opponents out every time in the past and he will do it again on Friday.

When you damage the nerves in your neck, your neck gets unnaturally thick due to inflammation. Mike for sure had huge neck muscles but a lot of the girth is for sure due to the damage he did to his neck.

I met Mike and his then trainer Kevin Rooney at New York's *Gleason's Gym* in the 1980s. Maybe he was just being polite LOL but Mike told me that my hand-speed was impressive. Kevin Rooney however critisised my feet, but he was then kind enough to show me some shifting footwork drills. That would enable me to move my position off the center line quick, and move around an opponent. To this day I still do those movements that Kevin showed me, whenever I shadowbox or I hit the heavy bag.

Tyson's style was the Cus D'Amato Peek A Boo style still taught today. Being a defensive style it capitilizes on the opponents errors then completely devastates them. Skills practice ALWAYS first THEN the speed and strength stuff what made him so powerful. So it is diligent practice practice practice that ultimately counts...all else is pure dross

I have a question, how would u approach an athlete, boxer, after a recover from distal biceps tendon tear?
    Operated and not.
Personally I decided to don’t operated, being almost 90% after less than 3 weeks I feel lucky.
It was a complete tear, but the co lo compensations, atm, are giving a good support.

He didn’t break his back from neck bridges. He did it in a biking accident and it was discovered after he was doing sit ups. You should put that clip in context

    • @DaDominicanDawg
      @DaDominicanDawg 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

Yup but he did say his back refused those spine curling positions such as ones you find in situps specially in high volume and the neck bridge also puts the spine through a lot of pressure from experience, its a great exercise but you don't wanna overdo it and about 30 minutes a day is insane for anyone.

@@dulcettonezzz8229 i agree its something bout neck bridges the way you roll your head back and side to side like it molds your head inside your shoulders, almost like having no neck, it looks different than regular neck trainig

Seeing old man Tyson doing bicep curls on the bench, stark contrast to his prime. Nobody wants to see Tyson getting punched up but atleast he's getting 20mil

Jake Paul actually has way more to lose than Jake Paul, he loses to an old man, which shows the world he's a bum, he beats Mike he beat up someone's grandfather. Mike wins well i don't think I need to elaborate ( mike's going to win anyway. We all know that)

mike had strength and conditiong , they just didn't have a middleman like you trying to profit...All of the boxing greats didn't have middlemen like you trying to profit, boxers don't need you, only folks with no boxing skills really need you--running, bag work, sit-ups is better than paying a middleman
