- We arrive in the Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park. This episode showcase the first few nights with a focus on camping at Polentswa in the Botswana side of the park. We encounter lions, hyenas, snakes, general game and a sandstorm. The heat was unbearable but we made the most of it.

I always watch this episode on Polentswa and Rooiputs and this really awsome video.
I will be visiting the KTP staying in Polentswa and Rooiputs as you did. Please tell are there any routes to see wildlife and Waterholes aroud those areas or one should drive back to the SA side for wildlife.
Hi Thabo. You have to drive on the SA side to reach the waterholes Rooiputs and the Polentswa. There are a few tracks near Rooiputs, but is basically on the SA side. Enjoy!
Hi Juba, I love your videos. As an expert, can you please comment on game expectations for the late July & early August in Kgalagadi? I know this is dry season and I’m a bit worried on lack of game…
It all depends on the animal movement and how good the rain was the previous season. I have visited almost every month of the year and always managed to have great sightings. 👍
