A great recipe to make when you have salsa verde leftovers. If you don’t have extra salsa verde that’s okay. In this recipe, I’ll show you how to prepare one quickly 😋

Quick Salsa verde Ingredients
10 tomatillos
1/4 onion
2 Jalapeños or serrano peppers
Hand full of cilantro
Salt to taste (for spaghetti recipe use 1/2 Tbsp chicken boullion)
Spaghetti salsa verde ingredients
Olive oil
1 box of spaghetti
1 1/1 pounds of ground beef
1/2 medium onion
3 garlic cloves
1 tbsp Mexican oregano
1/2 tsp salt & black pepper
Top spaghetti with crema fresca, queso cotija and cilantro
I like to serve with a side of bolillo toasted with butter and once the butter melts I add cotija cheese and allow that to sear and warm up so it attaches to the bread. Such a wonderful combination with a family-favorite spaghetti

This is odd timing because I'm actually making something similar right now, in order to get rid of things that will spoil. I'm making something like a guisado with ground beef (frozen hamburger patties) a potato, half an onion, green pepper (from a left over salad) and garlic. Then I'm gonna throw in half a can of tomato soup that I opened last night, and some green beans that are about to go bad. Then I'm gonna throw that on half a box of spaghetti that I need to get rid of. Just like this. I don't have any salsa, but hot sauce will do! 😁
