It's crazy that people want you to use new pans. They certainly don't do that when they are cooking. Your grandfather pan is part of what gives the special flavors to your foods. You keep on doing you girlfriend!!
Do not change the pans. They are seasoned and that comes with natural non-stick and flavor. Those complaining obviously do not cook or do not know crap about good cooking. Keep on, Keeping on!!!!!!
