Hell I've been laid up before. I used to test high and low voltage power supplies for Sperry univac back in the 70s and some of them really gave a jolt😢. As a kid I watched my dad open up Old Tube radios and he had no idea what any of it was he just like to play in there and he blew stuff up and turned the tubes green it was unbelievable but I watched it all. Later I decided I'd like to know how it really worked so I went to college to learn how. I've seen several of videos of those high-powered resistors burning up the boards and I can't believe that Fender would after all these years continue to allow the design and the build to be done that way without elevating high power resistors off of a circuit board. It's unbelievable.
