I am using WINDOWS 10 ........and my WHATSAPP is fine
But when I use Whatsapp for web , the download SYMBOL does NOT appear (for documents)
It is possible to download multiple MEDIA files (photos/VDOs) using the method you showed. Because for MEDIA files the DOWNLOAD symbol appears and I can download multiple selected MEDIA files just by clicking on the symbol
But for DOCUMENTs the DOWNLOAD symbol simplydoesnt show
