- We hit the road to Florence, Oregon and meet up with The RoadSmiths! For three days we check out the sights with Ken & Pam as we ride the dunes, hike the hills, visit breweries & restaurants. This is a video not to miss.
When you're in Florence, Oregon and plan to stay a couple of days, go visit Sandland Tours and sign up for a tour of the dunes. There are different vehicles to chose from so if you don't want to go wild, go bigger and jump in the giant dune buggy for a slower ride on the sand.
We also visit local restaurants and breweries around the area to include the sleepy little coastal town of Yachats.
We go hiking along the coast and check out light houses, viewpoints, blow holes and churning ocean waters!

Hi Jodi and Ron! What a super adventure, especially meeting up with another channel, TheRoadSmiths! You couldn't have asked for location to spend time with another great couple. 👏👏It's on our list to accomplished a meet up with other creators too. You captured a lot of fabulous fun, we loved the dune rides with such spectacular views of the area and ocean front. We took notice of the tree screening between sites in the RV park, that's a special touch they provide here to give everyone a bit more privacy. Hello Friends!!Thanks so much for joining us on our adventures in 2023 u have been such a wonderful supporter! This area was so much fun glad you joined us. So I have booked our room the closest we will be to your area will be Miami unfortunately only 2 days the main goal is to get on a cruise for 9 nights then back to the PNW! We have never been to Miami and we have done some research and will keep exploring but if u have any top recommendations for activities and restaurants or breweries let us know! That area in Yachats Oregon Cape Perpetua is really gorgeous and it did put on a good show. We like going to festivals with the party bus. We stayed one night in this area in November. What a cool spot and the Oregon Coast is so diverse! Those dune buggies looked very exciting.

We have got to enjoy the sand dunes like that! I love that so much more than climbing them! I love your tour driver, I hope he kept his eyes open! Those venus flytraps, how gorgeous!! We have to meet so we can be your second TH-cam sticker (and for so many other reasons)! What a great time!
We would love it!! Make sure to Stay in touch ahead of time and we can meet up I know we would have a blast with you guys. Even if it isn't here maybe somewhere. We are doing a Caribbean Cruise in July and possibly Hawaii in April may be a last minute thing. Our big camping trip may be Yellowstone and Glacier in September. Thx again for the support!

We know with you guys we are tossing up that if we can get together we would rather you put the sticker on just like have to be in that state with our RV we want u to actually touch the RV!! LOL!! The Roadsmiths are awesome and this place was a blast!
Wow those dunes looked amazing. We used to always go to the desert east of San Diego where the Imperial Dunes are. We never had a buggy but we had quads and our jeep that we would ride the dunes with. The only way I can explain to people what it's like is to say, "It's like a roller coster without the track" I can't wait to get to the PNW this spring!! We're also so jealous that you guys got to hang with Ken and Pam. The best part of doing this lifestyle is the folks you get to meet.
They are wonderful people we had such a good time we have stayed in touch and will see them again. Yes we loved this area and will be going back we love our coast. We have a few spots picked out for you just let us know?

@@justramblinaround Darlings was great down by the water. The sites above were too tight for our 37' 5th wheel. The mosquitos were as big as sparrows.

This is so much fun, to meet up with fellow TH-camrs/Ramblers! The Fish 'n Chips and Salmon look super amazing. Great drone footage of the RV resort. It looks very peaceful and lots of trees around. I just love the scenery and the rolling ocean waves as you are at Cape Perpetua. Wow - superb footage 🌊🌊🥰🥰💯💯

OMG Oregon was on our "to travel" list. But on the way up there, our RV broke down in New Mexico and we had to change plans. But this video gives me great ideas of where I would love to visit when we get to go to Oregon. Thanks for sharing with us, all of this places were amazing. Great food and beer. The hedged trees certainly give you privacy. Riding on those Sand Dunes was awesome. That Sea Food Chowder looked delicious Jodie. That Wind killed your voices. You might need to invest in a pair of RODE Mics, they are wireless and Peter and I use them in situations where there is lots of wind interference. Darlingtonia is gorgeous. Nosh's sounded like a delicious place to indulge oneself. Some great views from the kookout and love the Drone footage along the coast. More beer and food...delicious! A great collaboration with The RoadSmiths. Thank you for a great adventure.

Hey Donnie thanks once again for watching us and all the comments and great support. Yes those Dunes were amazing and seriously didn't look real at times. Ok so I am huge control freak I am learning this more as we adventure out and it was difficult but actually not bad and I would do it again. They also have a handrail that holds like 25 or 30 that goes slowr. Thanks so much again and the roadsmiths are awesome say hello from us!
