Jens testimony was that she and her husband mat arrived at alberts house at 12:30 am. And saw karens car, but crash investigator said karens car was seen at washington street at 12:15 am and Dchico said he saw on ring camera karen arrived home at 12:41am . So karen was driving at 12:15 till 12:41 going away from fairview. And john okeefs phone long said that he was walking at 12:31am 25 meters. 25 meters is the distance from the basement to the flag pole on google maps ruler measurement

@@silram7742 Well, the lawyer has every reason to be mad at her when she changed her story, deleted so many calls and evidence and is not responding to his question. Just respond to the question and not try to avoid it like she was doing.
It’s actually wild to me how none of these people are getting declared hostile witnesses by the judge. They’re not answering questions directly and it’s wasting so much time.

It's strange that Miss McCabe keeps saying the reason things weren't mentioned in her grand jury testimony is because she was only answering to direct questions being asked to her so she only provided direct responses to those direct questions but during her testimony here in this video she seems to have a very very hard time doing that. In fact almost every question she is asked she does not give a direct answer and most of the questions only require a simple "yes" or "no" response. Instead she continues to provide information she was never asked about. I find this very interesting to say the least.
Especially since she is a true busy body !! The fact she kept asking to see what she said was ridiculous if you are telling the truth you would know what you said!!
Watching in India, shocked this came to court ..as for this lady she giving Amber heard vibes, maybe more vicious and more easy with lies

I did not find her genuine at all. She came across very shifty, manipulative and parcing every little detail the defense attorney proposed. Why would she need to do that if she has nothing to hide...

He accused Mr Jackson on cross that he gave to the social media the google search about dying in snow, and that's when the harassment started. Also, she is pissed because he questions the truth of her statements, and she is kind of a boss lady in that small community. I'm not a KR supporter, if she's guilty, then I hope she is convicted..but JMs changing stories, deleting texts and calls, denying she has spoken to people when the calls show as answered, 7 butt dials?? I mean, I don't blame people for thinking her testimony isn't an honest, true account. And because she isn't coming across as honest, people will naturally question what she is hiding. They are literally handing reasonable doubt to the defense on a platter at the moment. If you believe KR said I hit him, I hit him, I hit him like her and KM have stated in front of a cop, then why did the cop not only let her go, but also failed to put it in his report. I think they have edited what she said to try and secure a conviction.
In my gut, I feel KR is guilty. Is there a lot of other strange things happening yes but I don’t know. I just feel like she was blacked out drunk and hit him and didn’t know it. Why else would she wake up and run basically directly to the scene? She must’ve thought that in the bag of her mind.
@katrinat.3032 In Ms. Robert's testimony, she actually didn't remember ever going to Fairview. It was Jen McCabe that told her they had seen her vehicle there. It was at that point that she wanted to go to Fairview. I am currently leaning towards that she is guilty, too. However, the prosecution has not yet convinced me beyond reasonable doubt. Hopefully, when the forensics come in, it will be clearer.
@@katrinat.3032 it doesn’t matter even if she truly believed that she hit him - she could get ‘I hit him’ tattooed on her forehead. The indisputable fact is for John to have been hit by a vehicle and thrown there would have been bruises - it would defy biology and physics for him not to have had bruises. That means it was impossible regardless of anything else.

They don't state the grounds because the judge said so in the beginning of the trial. E D Baker usually explains the objections in this trial during her streaming.
