The fact of the matter is the initial evidence (witness statements, Karen’s own statements, damage to her vehicle, video footage, etc.. all pointed to Karen Read hitting him . The police would have absolutely zero reason to seek a search warrant and search a home where every witness is saying the victim never entered. It’s amazing how people claim there is a lack of evidence to prove Read hit Okeefe (and that may be so) but will whole heartedly believe he was beat up, attacked by a dog, dragged outside and left for dead without there being any forensic evidence for eye witness testimony to support this. I lived in canton when this happened but moved away last year. Everyone on the south shore knows turtle boy and what he stands for. He always reports things going on and sheds ligh on it. He has been talking since day 1 providing facts on his social media that the police weren't providing to the public. He is invested not because he knows her, but because the town is indeed trying to cover things up. This is a wealthy town that likes to keep all their stuff " in house" and he exposed them. He let us know the neighbors had a ring cam, the dog " disappeared", the floors being remodeled twice in four years, murder house being sold, the relationship between the alberts and the state trooper and so much more he brought to light. He has held peaceful protest to support Karen Reade. Of course the Commonwealth is trying silence him. He is ruining their plan. That investigation was completely compromised from the start.

Prosecution says Jen's browser was opened at 2:27 for unrelated searches and left open, that the Write Ahead Log uses the browser open time for all subsequent searches, and that she actually searched around 6:30 am because Karen Read asked her to. Defense says their expert has definitive proof that the first search was indeed done at 2:27 and that it was manually deleted. They suggest she did the 6:30 searches to cover it up, trying to recreate the original misspelling. And also that it's kind of ridiculous to imagine a hysterical Karen Read finding her boyfriend dead or dying and asking someone to google how long it took.

I got hit by a minibus as a child. It reversed at speed, similar to the claimed speed Karen drove at. I was bending down to do my bag up... my shoes didn't come off, and I had severe bruising down both sides of my body and legs, one side where it hit me and knocked me flying about 4 foot and the other where I hit the ground... I got up and walked into the school building with a panicked bus driver. No broken bones, no facial bruising, went to Dr's and was sent back to school, my Dr thought it better for the shock for me to be busy as I was weirdly calm, although I did have the rest of the week off when the bruising came out and it hurt to move... I just don't believe she hit him... I have actual experience, and it just doesn't fit his injuries in any way... I also, prior to the bus incident, by a few years, was bitten by a GSD. The bites were just like those on John's arm except in a different place on me... I was running away, so it bit my behind! And for anyone wondering, yes, I was "that kid" always in some kind of accident or scrape... lol... I have incredibly poor proprioception, which was much, much later, a part and parcel of my Autism diagnosis at 50... still as accident prone as ever... I mark off the years with oh that's when I broke my arm, or "that's the year...." The young cousin of Colin Albert, Allison Kerry (not 100% about name) who swore she took Colin home about 12:10 am, slipped up and said Colin was not in the house WHILE JOHN WAS IN THE HOUSE. The entire Albert family's story is that John never was at the house at all that night. I think the fiery tempered, angry young Colin beat John to death, and his family covered it up. The entire family is corrupt.

I'm from Connecticut and have just started following this case this week, but very closely. The state's case smells like week old fish lying on a dock.
I am embarrassed to say that before even knowing too much about this case, I thought she was guilty. Then, after learning just a bit more, my pre-judgement changed. And now, I 100% believe she is innocent! The Jury will see the coverup and the prosecutor’s witnesses as liars. It’s so obvious! I hope Karen will sue the City of Canton, and be able to pay for her much needed healthcare.
After one hour, I assumed she was guilty, too. After two dozen hours....only idiots and someone who denies truth in spite of everything could believe she is guilty. I lived in canton when this happened but moved away last year. Everyone on the south shore knows turtle boy and what he stands for. He always reports things going on and sheds ligh on it. He has been talking since day 1 providing facts on his social media that the police weren't providing to the public. He is invested not because he knows her, but because the town is indeed trying to cover things up. This is a wealthy town that likes to keep all their stuff " in house" and he exposed them. He let us know the neighbors had a ring cam, the dog " disappeared", the floors being remodeled twice in four years, murder house being sold, the relationship between the alberts and the state trooper and so much more he brought to light. He has held peaceful protest to support Karen Reade. Of course the Commonwealth is trying silence him. He is ruining their plan. That investigation was completely compromised from the start.
Why is he intimidating witnesses then? If he’s just trying to expose the truth, why would he show up at a witnesses home?

The officers involved in this case (and the Sandra Burchmore case) should have been using Signal, too, because it’s all going to come to fruition no matter how much they try to cover up these crimes! Prosecution says Jen's browser was opened at 2:27 for unrelated searches and left open, that the Write Ahead Log uses the browser open time for all subsequent searches, and that she actually searched around 6:30 am because Karen Read asked her to.
Defense says their expert has definitive proof that the first search was indeed done at 2:27 and that it was manually deleted. They suggest she did the 6:30 searches to cover it up, trying to recreate the original misspelling. And also that it's kind of ridiculous to imagine a hysterical Karen Read finding her boyfriend dead or dying and asking someone to google how long it took.

This is the biggest frame job I have ever seen. I can't fathom why the CW thought it's a good idea to try KR.
I got hit by a minibus as a child. It reversed at speed, similar to the claimed speed Karen drove at. I was bending down to do my bag up... my shoes didn't come off, and I had severe bruising down both sides of my body and legs, one side where it hit me and knocked me flying about 4 foot and the other where I hit the ground... I got up and walked into the school building with a panicked bus driver. No broken bones, no facial bruising, went to Dr's and was sent back to school, my Dr thought it better for the shock for me to be busy as I was weirdly calm, although I did have the rest of the week off when the bruising came out and it hurt to move... I just don't believe she hit him... I have actual experience, and it just doesn't fit his injuries in any way... I also, prior to the bus incident, by a few years, was bitten by a GSD. The bites were just like those on John's arm except in a different place on me... I was running away, so it bit my behind!
And for anyone wondering, yes, I was "that kid" always in some kind of accident or scrape... lol... I have incredibly poor proprioception, which was much, much later, a part and parcel of my Autism diagnosis at 50... still as accident prone as ever... I mark off the years with oh that's when I broke my arm, or "that's the year...." I got cut when the window broke, bus hit me, dog bit me, fell downstairs twice... lol... it's an adventure for sure... lol

The young cousin of Colin Albert, Allison Kerry (not 100% about name) who swore she took Colin home about 12:10 am, slipped up and said Colin was not in the house WHILE JOHN WAS IN THE HOUSE. The entire Albert family's story is that John never was at the house at all that night. I think the fiery tempered, angry young Colin beat John to death, and his family covered it up. The entire family is corrupt.

I'm from Connecticut and have just started following this case this week, but very closely. The state's case smells like week old fish lying on a dock.
It's obvious at this point. This case should have never went to trial and it should be dismissed. Once Proctor please the 5th it will be

I am embarrassed to say that before even knowing too much about this case, I thought she was guilty. Then, after learning just a bit more, my pre-judgement changed. And now, I 100% believe she is innocent! The Jury will see the coverup and the prosecutor’s witnesses as liars. It’s so obvious! I hope Karen will sue the City of Canton, and be able to pay for her much needed healthcare.

After one hour, I assumed she was guilty, too. After two dozen hours....only idiots and someone who denies truth in spite of everything could believe she is guilty. And I served on the juries of 2 separate murder trials that both resulted in guilty verdicts, one of which was a Federal case. So I'm not a bleeding heart.

I’m new to this case. Reserving judgement til I watch the full trial. That said, I live in Mass. BPD have always had a shady rep, & God help you if the Commonwealth decides you’re their target.
