Really miss it
Heeeeeeeeey! In the Caribbean where I am originally from, we call this "cow foot soup" I had some here in Canada on Saturday. $7 a bowl.
Let me even change the title to cow foot soup....🕺🕺🕺
@@EatingTheAfricanWayPlease don't change the title. They are the same thing. Please what were the ingredients the lady mixed into the soup? Thank you.
@debbiebrown8291 that was curry powder....but any choice can work for you
The lady giving the review can make you run out now to look for kigere 😋
She fell in love with molokoni
Yesssss 😂😂😂😂 I am think to go home and cook Mulokoni and cassava 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Haahaahaaa........you can also include Irish potatoes when cooking mulokoni
Banange Molokoni 🤣🤣😂 I used to cool the legs..and every morning I had to blend the soup for my dad....
I used to love eating the cartilage though hated the soup 🤣😂😂😍😍😍😍
🤣🤣 why did you hate the soup..its what I love most...
@@EatingTheAfricanWay 🤣🤣😂🤣 I was very picky with food...now that I know it's super healthy....I want to eat......it's interesting that most of the food....we hate is actually very very healthy..... I wish campusers would know this...they would no be lining up for chicken to night...kfc...foods...ect...but visiting toninyila for useful food like these ones....
I used to think it was unfortunate never to have eaten at kfc etc..but am grateful coz doctors have found traditional African..Asian food is the best because it feeds out gut bacteria and when they are properly feed...they do us good and we stay healthy.......
Wow....this is good to know.......but kfc 🤣🤣🤣🤣 me too I wish they go for local foods....me I eat the cow foot every after 4 days.....
@@EatingTheAfricanWay that's nice...
They have bought the lie...eating out at such restaurants is a status thing...kumbe it's a life shortening...life destroying life style...not only making men poor and the health as well...🤣🤣😂🤣 those this of chicken to night..I which they all go like kigele to night...
But serious..."we are what we eat" if you have time you can read about the gut microbiom....food is so important....and God is so amazing how he placed everything we need to be health in food..
A Greek doctor in the old era said " all.dieases is caused due to lack of nutrients, let food be the medicine "
Doctors today " ahhh you can have this pain killer to cure the symptoms of the drugs you were which were to sure the symptoms of the other drugs which were to cured the symptoms of the disease "🤣🤣😂
Kigere tonight......I now surrender.....🤣🤣🤣
Thank you so much for your research.....I too read it somewhere that with time you become what you eat and I was amazed.....
Let's use food as medicine..
Keep it up, hope one day, we will do collab
Yes we will.......am so sure..
@@EatingTheAfricanWay yes
This may be one of your best so far! Why have you guys never offered this to your American family when we come?
Hahahah...thank you so much Mr. Steve....when you come back....you have 2 dishes waiting for you....1 is a chicken luwombo..2 is a cow hoof...
Mirembe Nicholas - Well, I’m not sure I’ve got strong enough teeth for the cow hooves. But I’d still like to try it.
Mr. Steve don't worry about strong teeth.....cow hoof is too soft...you will even get surprised..
😋😋😋😋😋😋😋
Thank you so much bro
Please what is the spice in the red satchet on the table when th lady was introducing the ingredients.

@@marysvloguganda am good at revenging
She does it better. She only needs a pressure cooker to improve on the softness and time
Thank you Denis......you are right but the bad thing is she cant afford it...
@@EatingTheAfricanWay that is true but saving for it with small amounts is a better option because in a long run she will be saving fuel or whichever means she uses to prepare it.
Yes yes...I'll talk to her when we meet again...thanks for the idea Denis..
