      @@EatingTheAfricanWay 🤣🤣😂🤣 I was very picky with food...now that I know it's super healthy....I want to eat......it's interesting that most of the food....we hate is actually very very healthy..... I wish campusers would know this...they would no be lining up for chicken to night...kfc...foods...ect...but visiting toninyila for useful food like these ones....
      I used to think it was unfortunate never to have eaten at kfc etc..but am grateful coz doctors have found traditional African..Asian food is the best because it feeds out gut bacteria and when they are properly feed...they do us good and we stay healthy.......

    It helps to regenerate cartilage in the joints, I have that problem so I eat it, not as often as I should.
