    My family are from the Caribbean and we cook cow foot and oxtail too. The flavour is delicious but I never liked the jelly texture of the meat.
    You really enjoyed your meal Nicholas. You got all of the marrow out of the bone 😂🤣

    I used to eat cow hoof when I was young. It tastes delicious. By the way, athletes need to eat it regularly because it is highly concentrated with calcium..

      It's so healthy for your bones.....I too take it whenever I get the chance.... I don't think it can cause high blood pressure or high cholesterol.... all you can do is to always have a balanced diet
