So much technique in so many types of cooking technique went into this dish to make it clean and tasty and tender. Anyone in the world would love this dish. If they eat beef at least they would love this dish. A lot of Americans might be scared of cow foot but at the very least if the meat was peeled off the bone and put on a plate there's no denying how much they would enjoy this dish. I live in Texas they are sold at pretty much all of our grocery stores because there is a large hispanic population here, we cook them in soups usually pozole or Menudo. They sell them ready to cook at my local HEB
Uncle needs to setup a place in china where people can travel to and enjoy with him whatever he is cooking for the day in the original rural Chinese setting!
I can't help but think, as with many of Uncles videos, 'where is the cooking broth and what's become of it?'. I think it would go well with rice or noodles...n'est pas? As always, great jacket!
