    Paul, you are a Godsend. I have spinal stenosis, and since my diagnosis last year, I have been able to continue my wellness journey by doing your chair exercises. I have successfully been able continue the strength training and cardio my body needs and it has been instrumental in my current 61lbs of weight loss since September of last year! Whooo hoooo hooo!     I have been able to do this exercise 3 times so far and I am thankful while I am dealing with this wheelchair for this season 2 times I was able to do the leg exercises in Tabata 6 (I believe)

    Good morning everyone. Paul this workout is super. At age 80, I did not miss a beat. My body is shaping up real nice and getting stronger and stronger. So far I have lost approximately 40 pounds. I have 40 more to go. Pray please God's blessings

    Just did this workout. Have to stay light with recovering from double foot surgery. I added dumbbells got my heart rate up. Thank you so much for fun higher energy workouts. Us seniors need to show that we got it, ( I’m 65 ) and workout daily. God Bless you.

    Thank you for the workout. I would say I managed a 7 of 10. The hops and skis are still a little difficult for me due to some coordination issues; I like to raise my arms up one at a time, which helps. I enjoyed this.

    Hi. Will this burn as many calories with all the pauses, as your other fast paced workouts where you don’t rest in between segments? I did enjoy this.

      The HIIT and Tabata have rest periods in them by design. The focus is on cardio vascular condition. The BPMS in this workout go as high as 170 BPM which if I did them that fast for the length of a standard without rest, people would crash. Calories burned are based on how much you the participant puts in a workout.
