    Good morning Paul. In this video you mentioned that it is not for grandma/pa. I don't mean to burst your bubble, but I am 80 years old and did not miss a beat in this routine. Great workout!!!!

    I'm like Melissa. Blew out a nerve and can't even put weight on that leg. I LOVE this high energy workout!! I also love the workouts where you get to talk more than the countdown workouts because you just make it so fun! Thanks!

    Awesome workout! I’m a swimmer but sometimes I don’t want to get in the pool. I have bad knees so it’s hard to find a challenging workout. This got my HR to 151! Spent most of it in the 130s!

    I agree with Melissa below. This is great because there are very fit people who get sidelined with injuries and still want to maintain cardiovascular fitness.

    Wow! I’m just blown away! I am a long time runner and despite being so careful, I ended up with a stress fracture in my foot. I can’t run, power walk, or hula hoop (one of my favorite exercises) without making my injury worse. I can cycle, but I don’t feel safe doing that out on my own. So, I found this video and I am so inspired! I may not be able to come out of this running half marathons right away, but at least I now have a way of maintaining some cardiovascular fitness as I heal.
    I gave this workout my all and I managed to get my heart rate up as if I were speedwalking.

      Thank you so much for sharing. I used to be addicted to running. I have competed the NYC Marathon and Pittsburgh Marathon. I injured my lower back when I was doing nursing so no more running for me. But I am still able to do standing up workouts with modifications. I started creating chair workout when I got injured years ago. So glad to part of health and fitness journey.

    This is the first time I've broken a sweat since I've been in a full leg cast--and that was only doing the upper body portion of the workout. I can't wait until my cast is off so I can add the legs. Thank you!

    Enjoyed this one - a solid 6 for me. It was strenuous, but not overwhelming. I enjoyed the circle arms and the oblique movement/dance. Thank you for the morning workout!

    This video is from last year so I don’t know if you’ll see comments. A year and a half ago I contracted Covid and I’ve been experiencing extreme fatigue ever since and I gained 10 pounds because I couldn’t exercise for a really long time and I’m used to being extremely active person hiking at 10,000 feet for hours dancing for one or two hours and then Bam suddenly I’m flat on my back For a long time.I am slowly getting some energy and your videos are fantastic. This one was really hard but I kept up the whole time and I’m 70! Thank you so much for these chair exercises because I fell on my knees by tripping I hit the floor really hard and bruised my cartilage under the patella so this has been so helpful in building up my quads. Thank you thank you thank you♥️♥️♥️

    #thepauleuqueens Don't know how I missed this one! Justdid it for the first time today!! Its fabulous! Most of the time we do standing routines now, but I'm going to recommend we alternate standing and seated again. I get into the exercise more when not struggling to keep my balance. Thank you for another energetic, well thought out and balanced workout! Jan PS my daughter is a physician and she now recommends your workouts to her patients!

      The mixes that are live right now, never had a copyright strike (until now 🤞). Artists need to file in a complaint manually. So I will advise you to use the ones that are up for at least 6 months 👍 if they didn't file in a complaint after 6 months, I don't expect them to file in a complaint in the near future. (if anything happens, Ill keep you posted) 😉

    You are phenomenal!! I am watching you since 10 days all the way from the United Arab Emirates. Since I started I couldn’t stopped my cardio with you. I am disabled one of people of determination as they calls us in my Country. I have Charcot-Mary-Tooth disease type A2. I tried many centers to do my PT with passion but unfortunately I couldn’t find any inspiration trainers as you. Before finding you I couldn’t complete 30 mins to do my PT exercises and I skipped it for a week sometimes for months! I am searching a lot for disabled cardio videos and all what I found were sooo bored and I stopped it before it reaches 10 mins. You are such an inspiration person because you tried to benefit all denomination of people. I started with your Wheelchair fitness exercises video and I did all the chair exercises because I can do the chair legs exercises that you did also. Before that I spent 1 hour to burn 100 calories an less but now everyday I burned 400-700 in 1 hour. Some time I did it with you for 3 videos continuously I I didn’t feel tired or bored. I admire your positive energy. God bless you. Your voice, laugh, words every single thing you do it is amazing with the rhythm of the music that you chose. Keep going and please don’t stop your inspirational workouts videos and I hope you post new videos on the wheelchair with new excited exercises.

      I am so glad you ha e came up with some turbo workouts. I am 67 pretty much in good shape but have arthritic knees and ankles which pretty much stopped me from really walking and working out in gym. Your workouts have really helped me stay focus on my regiment of exercising daily. Looking forward t some more TURBO workouts! Love them
