I just recently did this job on my 2013 Fusion. Thank you for this really well-made video. The new bearings are nice and quiet . now I have an ABS fault along with traction control and hill start assist not available. . I'm hoping it's just the Sensors that need replacing and not the wrong hub assembly.
Steve , thank you very much for your comments, I hope the fix for your car will be an easy thing. Don’t forget scan the car first to simplify the diagnosis. Have a great day.
Yo man I wasted money renting a hub assembly puller watched your video bam could have saved a trip to the auto store creative is one way of saying it great video very helpful
Thank you very much Jeremy, I really appreciate your comments !!!
This was so helpful! This can save people a trip to the auto parts store to rent a tool and it will work for both rear sides again very excellent video .lots of guys have these in the garage.
What size bolt was that you used sir?
I very much appreciate this video. Even more the creative solution that you used to break the bearing loose from the suspension assembly. Thank you very much!
Thanks for your comments I hope the content of the Chanel will be useful for you, have a nice day.

What size bolt and nut did you use for the homemade puller?
This video was incredible! This is one of the first videos where I agreed with every step from the process to the creative side with the video itself.
I thought it was easy to understand you, I am BEYOND grateful(and my notes app) for the torque specifications, and you even took the extra steps to showcase the emergency brake service mode instructions.
Did you ever repair/make a video for the front wheel bearings of this car/Fusion? Mine is the FWD version as well.
First of all , thank you for your comment, I really appreciate it. I have done the replacement of front bearing for this car but I haven't had the chance to make a video of the process. First opportunity I have I will make a video and post it in the channel. Have a great day.
So useful ❤❤
Thanks for watching.
Obrigado amigo pela dica, valeu muito mesmo.
Obrigado por ver os videos do canal
That was size 7. Was that in sae or mm?
What is the black plastic piece at the interior side of the hub? I bought hubs today, but mine didn't have that plastic part. It's whatever goes into that small electrical connector.
Thank you
Thanks for watching
Hello I appreciate your time and effort in making your video. It was very helpful but, if I were going to make a suggestion, your voice is muffled in the instructions and it would be great to have either a clearer microphone or post somehow what you were saying for the torc settings. Thank you
Hello, I read you whole post and if somebody here has to say thank you is me, so THANK YOU for your feedback, I will put attention in this for coming videos and try to solve or reduce that issue, thanks again.
Great video! What size bolt and nut was that? Also what was the thing to cut the things? Don’t know the name lol.
I don't recall the exact size of the bolts, I have them in the garage (the tool to cut is a hacksaw)
@@TheNomadMechanic great thanks!!!
Hit it with a big hammer mine came off no problem and I live in Illinois
133 Newton meters?
Is this the same process for a fusion hybrid?
If is a FWD should be the same
Parts says the front and rear bearings are the same. Then why does the front bearing LOOK different from these rear bearings?
If your fusion is AWD the rear and front may look similar, in the case of the fusion of this video, this one was FWD, and therefore they don’t look alike.

The video explaining how to get the caliper in maintenance mode was in another language. It's OK though, I can get it elsewhere.
Hello Larry and thank you very much for the observation and sorry about that, I updated the link and now is available in English, have a great day and thanks for watching the video.
I'm an amateur...never done anything like this....should I just give it to a mechanic
I'am an amateur, I did it.
