I love seafood but I felt like THE ONLY New Yorker when I ordered 🦞 crawfish for the first time in my life and didn’t like it. I’m willing to try it again! 💜 love your channel for real 👊🏾
i’m from mississippi and my family from Louisiana and y’all did pretty good. we like them hot so we like to add a lot of seasoning but. we are having one this saturday!! the real question is where the beer at ?
I've actually never done a crawfish boil but I love eating them. I'm buying a setup to do my first crawfish boil ever and I'm gonna follow this exact recipe cause it looks absolutely delicious. Keep up the great videos brother and thanks for representing Texas in such a positive way.
@@jaykidd77 Some people don't like their crawfish spicy. Especially people who not from Louisiana they say Louisiana crawfish boil is to salty and spicy for them. Im use to it, so I can't fuss with them about taste
Looks good. More salt, couple bags of dry crab boil, Worcestershire, and a little apple cider vinegar. Mushrooms are a must. Poke holes in top and bottom of a can of artichoke hearts and throw the whole can in. imho
Hey.... i live en Denmark and we have also crawfish but we cook in a different Way but i like to hear are you eating Them when they are hot....... or do you wait for Them to cool Down
That is the funniest thing ever because at the last two crawfish boils me and my family had here is Louisiana me my dad and my uncle all forgot corn 🤦🏻♂️
Great food, Family and Friends, and great weather. This is a good video and a new additional way to do a low boil. Kinda like a Louisiana and a Cuban low boil.
Like the lime addition, may have to try it in the next batch I make. Have you tried adding grapefruit before? I did on my last batch and it added a nice tang in my opinion. Great demo on how to eat a mud bug!
The best and easiest way i have found to purge crawfish is to put them in a big cooler with a drain plug and stick a water hose in it and just let the cool water run with the drain plug in plugged and watch the water. When it runs clear there ready.
I thought for a second he was about to say "that's money dood" 😂

Ayyyy Texas can do crawfish too bro keep on repping it up 💯
The most Texas thing about this is eating it all off the bed of a pickup!
You should add shrimp. It’s my favorite part!

Always wanted to do one of these. We don’t get as many craw daddies up in the north!
Zatarins spices are best for crawfish boil imo.. looks good..sucks up north can't get any fresh ones often
Zatarains has too much salt Louisiana is just right
@@jasonmorgan1768 thats true also....

We'll let the missing corn slide this time. But all you need now is an ice cold beer and you can then say;. It doesn't get any better than this. 👍
One day I had way too many shrimp , and got nauseous I never had seafood sense but I still enjoy watching these videos even though I don’t eat it.
Just had one last weekend and doing another this Saturday

Looks like a killer boil to me!
That is the funniest thing ever because at the last two crawfish boils me and my family had here is Louisiana me my dad and my uncle all forgot corn 🤦🏻♂️
Use some liquid concentrate and see how the flavor really changes.
Where did you get your crawfish I’m here in Texas and I can’t find them
Great food, Family and Friends, and great weather. This is a good video and a new additional way to do a low boil. Kinda like a Louisiana and a Cuban low boil.
Only thing I would suggest is the liquid boil to compliment the powder boil.
Hell yeah, love your video bud it looked so delicious 😋
Corn? I was thinking sausage 😂
For tho how you gon have a boil without sausage
Moved to Texas from Louisiana six years ago. Doing my first boil this weekend! Thanks for the video.
Mullet, damn good job. Never tried the chicken thighs in mine but you would make anyone from Louisiana proud!
If he was cooking for me, I wouldn't complain. Other than no corn lol

HEB and bucees sells this cool bucket where the water whirl pools as pretty much purges itself
You should grab you one of the game washers clean the wild game fish and anything else before cooking. Come in handy a really good investment

Mike adding artichoke heats is good too 🔥
The more you add to it the better...looks legit to me! 👍
From NY never had that but is their any restaurants that do that ?
Throw in a jar of whole jalapeños with the juice for a little more spice! Love the videos!
Not a single beer. Missed the most southern part ha

Being from Chicago ive never done of these but this looks so amazing!!!
Hey so another thing I know ur from Texas but in Louisiana some people idk if you do but we eat the craw legs to

I use to ride around with you on the golf cart at your moms work when you was young
When I cooked crawfish there was this weird green stuff on the tail meat. Anyone know what it was or how to get rid of it?
Louisiana reporting here, looks fire! Pretty much do it all the same exact way. We let them soak for minimum 25 mins as well!
Try half of gar steak in your crawfish boil. Not to thick of a cut. Rub butter or margarine as soon as they’re done.
Where’d you get that burner tho👀
Where do you buy the crawdads
Here in Louisiana if you forget the corn your momma and daddy will be leaving the boil 😂😂
in Mississippi too lol
Lol
Louisiana here...looks good bro
Drop a whole head of cauliflower in it. Try swamp dust or Ragin Blaze .Enjoy!!!
The best and easiest way i have found to purge crawfish is to put them in a big cooler with a drain plug and stick a water hose in it and just let the cool water run with the drain plug in plugged and watch the water. When it runs clear there ready.
