I mean the accent is a little all over the place, its predominantly RP british, but slides slightly into generic aussie and even a little south african every now and then. But still better than most professional americn actors ngl.
I'm not a fire fighter or driver engineer, but this would make sense if I had to work nights. Eventually, I would adapt to just sleeping in the comfy chair until I needed to drive the engine again. And I would be very cranky towards anyone waking me up. So yeah, bring food.
Speaking from a fellow Engineer, this is very important advice, also remember when presenting food keep your fingers close or tucked in , you dont want any accidents. Happy hunting.

So in the US you have a specific driver engineer role? Is that what that person does every tour? Or does he/she rotate out. In the UK you either are a driver or not, and one day you might be driver/pump op and the next day you could be a FF in the back.

Before I even woke up I had her on the floor locked up in pain. I'm going "oh shit oh shit" of course but I'm actually inwardly quite pleased with myself.. I miss her sometimes.

It depends on staffing and on the department. Some have bidded positions. Even those that guy may do other things on a overtime shift
