That is a great idea if he doesn't practice in Joe's state he will be able to suggest the rite person for the job joe you have much more control than I do I would be sitting in that mans office untill this os resolved sounds like a crock of B.S. to me
I’ll be getting the new M12 Stubby. Been looking forward to it! BYW - what was the new Snapon guy calling their stubbys?? I remember chuckling but can’t remember now lol.
A quick Facebook marketplace search found a few no def tool trucks forsale hell a good cheap box truck and a half decent carpenter to throw some shelves in would work in a pinch. Better than losing every day. Stay strong brother
I'm waiting for the M12 stubby Gen 2 to be released in Europe. I'm not a big fan of the gear wrench torque wrenches; mine sometimes turn off too quickly. The Vim kit is pretty neat. USAG has a small kit with the same ratchet but with MAC RBRT sockets and hexes.
Hopefully Joe can get sorted out. Theres so many issues with the Ford 2.0 diesel here in the UK because of the wet timing belts. Same issues with the 1.0 petrol eco boost ( eco boom ) engines. Shit design to have a timing belt submerged in oil and encased within the oiling system. Ford seem to have questionable reliability as of late. The Milwaukee impact looks a unit, looking forward to them coming here ! Thanks for the video Clay
I’m waiting on some reviews of the new impact from people who aren’t incentivized to review it lol idk why but I’m skeptical. But at the same time I want one. But I can’t bring myself to replace a perfectly fine gen1 impact. Great video guys!
At the end of the day Milwaukee speaks for itself and you know they do what they say but 550 ft lbs I’m more the I gotta see it to believe it for myself.
A local Parts Plus auto parts store we deal with had it with one of their delivery vehicles,a 2011 to 2018 Ford Focus.Transmission issues and could not get parts for it.Sat at the dealer for a year and went to the junkyard finally
Best advice you ever commented back to me. I started selling tools in a small trailer. And i bought an older used MT45 instead of a transit. And that MT45 is a damn tank! I feel so bad for Joe. Need to start a damn petition and get all 100k subs to sign it to send to Ford and start a damn boycott! Too good of a guy to get hosed like that. Keep your head up Joe!
Hello again, Clay and Joe Thank you for another Great Video 👍 I hate to hear that Joe is still dealing Ford about his truck. It may be time hire an attorney and get this matter resolved. I hope you get a sizeable chunk of change too! Again thank you 👌
Yep. I would have already replaced that truck and when (if ever) they fixed it, I would post that truck and never look back. It would be someone else’s problem.
Joe, you’ve had a great lineup as usual. I like that you’re always a good gentleman and I hate to see this happening with you. I wish I could buy a truck for you….. that has a cat motor in it
Clay start a go fund me or something to see if the TH-cam/mechanic community can help Mr Joe out with a new start up would be a great surprise video or something
I'll tell ya it's about time to start naming names about joes truck issues. Nobody wants to deal with that dealership or those individuals. Let's just name them.
@@dobledekersoulwrekr I don't see what their defense would be.....We voided his warranty because it's in a commercial vehicle? I'd like to see the print in that engine warranty.

Been a ford diesel tech for 12 years at 4 different ford dealers, never seen ford deny a warranty on anything unless there’s clear cut evidence it failed due to neglect, abuse, improper install etc. Improper install can mean ford looked at the RO when the long block was replaced and saw that some of their “one time use hardware“ is not billed on the ticket and they will definitely deny a claim for that, but that is on the dealership not Joe. Hope it works out
I love these vids, I love seeing Joe's time here. But Joe, you ever thought maybe your truck mechanic may need some reevaluation? Idk the issue's with the truck, but damn, I'd wager that truck shop has VERY little clientele with these problems...😏 Good ole FoMoCo....
Looks like Clay has 104,000 subscribers. I think your Ford Man’s address, phone number, and email address needs to drop in your comment section of this video, and all others that Joe is on. It’s one thing to treat a customer poorly; it’s another to take food out of Joe’s family’s mouth. 104,000 folks emailing, calling, etc. at random can change an attitude and answer pretty damned quickly!
After what they're doing to Joe you can bet your ass ill never buy another ford... how can they not take responsibility for that with all those service records... shame on them for screwing the little guy.... they'd be no one without the little guys
Get a lawyer. It’s a simple warranty claim case. Joe’s a Tool Truck business without a tool truck and that’s probably not working out to well. He’s also way too damn patient and nice. I’d have found that “one guy” and had his going to see Jesus moment and I’d be talking to his replacement. Damn enough is enough. The guy at Ford is not going to change his mind and it’s not hurting him personally or Ford for that matter. Get a lawyer and have Ford buy him out of the truck and the warranty. They will settle for that and not go to court. But they are going to drag their feet on it for years. Joe is going to have to break down and buy another truck in the end regardless. Tell Joe to talk with his regular lawyer and inquire about a warranty claim lawyer that he recommends or just do a Google search. Joe’s legal fees can be recouped in the settlement right along with hardship and lost income. He’s going to need his comparable income statement from the past few years when he was utilizing the truck for business, so have those records ahead of going to the lawyer.
That m12 3/8 was breaking joes wrist and he wasn’t even on a bolt. Not good design at all unless he’s for some reason trying to show it’s powerful but that’s a strange demo.

I've been using that gen 2 Milwaukee stubby on the Peterbilt it's extremely strong it also removes lugnuts 😮. Very nice tool for $199
I’ve had the gen1 Milwaukee m12 stubby 3/8 for years. The gen2 is definitely worth the upgrade. Been using it for a few days now

Anything CVT is junk imho.
Joe you need to talk with a lawyer. He or she might be able to help.
Joe needs to get a 7.3 power stroke van. 😂
A 5 HP Honda engine powered van would be better. It would be slow but at least it would be reliable
Man, I'm saving up for the new milwaukee stubby with 500 ft-lbs. It comes in a great kit.
Just got mine last monday so far it's amazing
Takes off 600 lbs•ft with high output batteries
it's 550 ft lbs

That should be an easy lawsuit win...failure to fulfill warranty.some states are strict about that too.
They make it hard for the little guy to go up against a whole team of lawyers that ford would have
