Love your channel so much! I got to it through Qigong videos, since I'm new to that. This meditation was great but very hard for me, because I can't sit still that long and start feeling irritated. But I made it. Maybe in time, it'll become easier.
Feeling restless during meditation is very common - especially for high energy people. That's one of the reasons I think Qigong is great - it is like a moving meditation. We can achieve all the same benefits from a sitting meditation during a moving Qigong practice. Keep persisting and you'll find your way 🙂

I would like to know if during the meditation when we are directing our qi toward others should I say an intention out loud with the persons name , or think of the person.
