At first when I started qigong in January 2024 I had some difficulties keeping up with breathing. Now i'm much better I keep up with the routine almost for 30-40 minutes The question is about YAWNING....a lot ... that appear in some sesiom of qigong and also when I have to deal with very difficult people. In our country they say that is from evel eye or person stealing your energy ........but in my condition .....is happening dring qigong also. What do you think? Thank you for your time. If I was in you country i would make an appointement but I'm so far away.

Excellent short routine! Thank you! I feel very grounded and vital after practise. To send energy out whereever, everywhere.....I like this intention of sharing energy with others, nit only building it up for myself.
Qigong can be helpful for muscles and bones, but a dedicated resistance training routine would be more efficient. Qigong is great for Qi circulation, breathing, relaxation, etc. Resistance training (even if it is 10 minutes) is more focused on muscles and bones. You can do both 🙂
