    Dear Jeffrey, I'm going through a difficult period in my life when I'm very confused.
    In this process, whenever I notice feelings of worry, fear, loneliness, anxiety in my body, soul and heart, I immediately come to your page and choose a flow that suits my needs such as focusing, raising energy, healthy boundaries. This is so good for me that I get exactly what I need in these difficult periods, my problems seem more solvable and surmountable. I am grateful for what you have brought me ( from Turkey )

      Morning again so I'Ve been tru the links you send to prepare for morning routine
      I am familiar with acupuncture since m brother treatment for spina bifida in 1982
      And since ou have so much experience with this and TCM. .....I want to say that i've been diagnosed with anemia (both heredtary and NOW also iron deficiency in 2024). At first when I started qigong in January 2024 I had some difficulties keeping up with breathing. Now i'm much better I keep up with the routine almost for 30-40 minutes
      The question is about YAWNING....a lot ... that appear in some sesiom of qigong and also when I have to deal with very difficult people. In our country they say that is from evel eye or person stealing your energy ........but in my condition .....is happening dring qigong also. What do you think?

      Qigong can be helpful for muscles and bones, but a dedicated resistance training routine would be more efficient. Qigong is great for Qi circulation, breathing, relaxation, etc. Resistance training (even if it is 10 minutes) is more focused on muscles and bones.
      You can do both 🙂
