- We’re back with the Traxxas TRX-4 Lifted Ford Bronco Project Truck and it wasn’t a full month between series videos. We’re doing good! This is a rather quick video, but an important one for people struggling with wheelbase question on the TRX4 platform. We’re going to talk about wheelbase conversion kits here even though the kit we’re building is set up perfectly for the Ford Bronco body. We like to help, it’s what we do. In this video you’ll also see some progress on the chassis portion of the build, the Lift Kit servo mount installed and even a chat on LED Rock Lights.

I'm trying to put the axial gladiator on my defender trx. I think the rear needs to be longer is the 8057 not what I need?
Buy going to the short wheelbase. Will the chassis be to long for the Broncos?
I was going to put an SCX 10 Jeep Rubicon body on but I would have to cut the chassis way down.I know that Pro Line makes a body for the TRX 4

wanting to add proline 2014 silverado body to tr4x chassis . would this # 8057 be necessary chev wb is 13 1/2 inches

I did the lift kit on my blazer and now my back wheels seem far back . I also think my cv shafts are at a hard angle
to put on the Bronco body to the long wheelbase chassis 324mm of Defender, can we just move the rear wheel mount closer to the chassis center and replace the shaft/links with shorter ones, then just put the body on? Why do you need to put those Bronco fenders with integrated strut mount on the defender chassis while removing those original strut mount? I don't think it's necessary but just want to make sure. Thanks

I’m new to the RC scene. What’s your recommendation for an RC under $500? I’m not bashing hard just fast on dirt, grass and pavement. Needs to be durable.

A brushed crawler ESC is like 20$ to 40$, I know it still sucks having to spend 20$ when you shouldn't have to but at least it's not a brushless ESC lol.

I wish the wheelbase was adjustable like 99% of others but of course with traxxas **sold separately
Honestly I would ditch the Traxxas electronics, I've had nothing but problems in a couple vehicles now and just know better than to use them. Personally for me in my Bronco I installed a Savox steering servo and a Castle creations BEC , much better and more reliable set up.
Yeah Traxxas electronics are crap , their velineon motors are ok but the servo, ESC and transmitter/receiver suck.
