Surprisingly Easy Dry Refresh Routine | Wavy Curly Hair

- My Day 4 hair still had a lot of volume, so to preserve it, I styled today's curls with a DRY REFRESH.
This 5 minute morning routine was quick and easy to help maintain the volume for another day or two.
I highly recommend trying this for loose wavy curls like mine! No drying needed afterward!
It's just a quick refresh & go style for an easy curly hair day.

I tend to just spread mousse in my hair but tried this and the curls do look less frizzy and more defined. Glad you're feeling happier about your hair,it looks lovely and does take time to settle after a haircut xxx

Hi! Thank you so much! Yes, this day 4 hair really surprised me. My hair and scalp are usually ready for a wash at the end of day 3 or 4. 🌺 I think it lasted longer because I used hairspray before drying my hair on wash day. I then didn’t need to refresh on day 1 & 2. I need to try to recreate this! Sounds like another video… 😉

Thank you! I’m so relieved. The back is still uneven at the bottom, but I’m trying not to look at that part. 🙃 I can’t wait to find out if it really will stay fuller at the ends as I let it grow out for a couple more months.🤞

Aw, thank you ♥️ Yes, my hair also goes flat the longer it is too. I miss that look sometimes too though. Long hair gives me feel more casual and relaxed vibes. My shorter hair with layers and volume feels more glam. ☺️ How do you want your hair to make you feel and look?

Thanks for your videos! Can you explain your night routine? You’ve mentioned a buff a few times. What exactly do you use?
♥️ Hi! Yes, I have been using a buff/gator the most these days. It’s those face masks that are a fabric tube shape. I show it in my Morning Routine video. It’s just so quick to put on and it actually stays in all night. My silky scarf looks prettier, but it does tend to fall off in the night. The bonnets with elastic are too uncomfortable for me. So, the buff wins to protect my curls!

Grrr… I tried this with a different foam on day 3 hair. My hair ended up with a FIERCE hard cast and I ended mind a normal cast or even a hard cast, but this was like fortress of concrete!! Oil couldn’t scrunch it out. A t-shirt could not scrunch out this cast. I had to pick and brush out each glued spikey curl. 😳😳
😮😩Oh, I’m so sorry that happened to you. All foams are definitely made differently. They can also react with other products in your hair. I’m always so cautious when buying a foam because they can range from having no hold whatsoever to having strong sticky hold like a glossy hold hair spray. It’s a product jungle out there! Try a clarifying shampoo + deep conditioner to get a fresh start. Do you have any favorite products at the moment?
