Then mix in the flour gently, do not over mix! Pour into a lined and greased muffin pan and bake at 350 for 22 minutes. Enjoy!

I also like to add sliced tomato\fried egg on top. Also I have this snack that I love, it’s apple slices with a coffee-cinnamon dip. Mix together about a tsp of instant coffee and a tiny bit of hot water. Add the coffee to a 100 g of vegan on vegan yogurt (I know that you are lactose intolerant, but I have tried it with oat based yogurt and it was delicious). Add some honey\agave and a dash of cinnamon. Mix everything, then cut your apple (I recommend red apple, but it works with both), and enjoy!❤️
One of my favorite recipes: Banana bread with raspberries - 120g room temperature butter - 120g (cane) sugar - 1-2 eggs (if it's a large egg use only 1) - 3 big ripe bananas, mashed - 100(-150g) plain yoghurt - 220g flour - 1 sachet of vanilla sugar - 1 sachet of backing powder/soda - 1 pinch of salt - 1\2 teaspoon cinnamon - 100-150g fresh raspberries - some grated dark chocolate (if you want to but highly recommended) Mix everything in a bowl. If the batter is too firm add a little bit of milk. Bake at 180°C/356°F for 60-65 minutes. Bon Appétit!

It's not really a "recipe" but I am crazy about this chicken breast salad recently😂 So basically you season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, paprika powder (I prefer the spicy one) and garlic powder (and optionally whole/sliced garlic, red pepper flakes, chili powder). Then bake your chicken in the oven at 180 degrees celcius for 15 mins, flip it and cook for additional 10 mins. One the chicken is cooked, slice the chicken into bite-sized pieces. While the chicken gets cooked, prep your veggies. I like my salad with lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber and onion. I also suggest romanesco or iceberg salad. Feel free to add pretty much anything to the salad! And the highlight! Mix 1 tbsp of dijon mustard/yellow mustard (not honey mustard!), 1 tbsp of balsamico and 3 to 5 spoons of sesame oil and season with pepper and salt for the dressing. Assemble the salad and add sesame seeds or other things if desired. Enjoy!

You put in the veggies, the milk, and the protein powder, then add whatever else you want to switch up the flavor!
