    Doc, I've been watching you for about 2 years. I have double MTHFR at only 30% detox, Hemochromosis, Diabetes, chronic pain and fatigue for 20+ years, and toxemia with all three pregnancy's as well as children with birth defects. If I ever get any money, I'm coming to see you~!!! God Bless you for all that you share with us~!!! Thank You~!

    TL;DR thank you for this video.

    I've a relative with the homozygous msin MTHFR (as well as homo vit D fault (tough combo)). This person didn't 'want to take too many tablets', was getting migraines and tingling in feet/hands. Eats oranges and greens multiple times per week. Made them watch the video. They started taking the methyl B9 and methyl B12 I'd purchased for them. They haven't had a migraine since and reported feeling better in a matter of days. Interestingly, cayenne pepper capsules (which can dilate blood vessels (thinking large RBC)) brought some relief from migraines. I get annoyed when a doc claims polymorphisms don't matter when it comes to diet. Sometimes folks need to supplement.

    TMG - Trimethylglycine will supply extra methyl groups !!

    B12 should be the methyl type sublingual (under tongue) not the cyanocobalamin type.

      Thank you for recommending it. I use it and it works well . If I may add......Some people are sensitive to over methylation and to methylB12
      and so some drs recommend Hydroxocobalamin. By using a sublingual lozenge , it bypasses the gi tract and is absorbed directly in the mouth. Dr Ben Lynch shows that heavymetals can slow down conversion of homocysteine to methionine with the mtr and mtrr enzymes (b12 is the cofactors)

    I have amazing internet but the video was blurry because of the max 720p resolution. It would be nice to have at least 1080p to 1440p resolution. I couldn’t read some of the things on the screen. Also light is glaring off the screen at certain points. But overall the information was excellent. I would love to see specifically a video on polycythemia Vera with JAK 2 mutation and if folate or b12 deficiency has anything to do with that disease.

    how do we clean up the plaquing of the arteries safely after we resolve things like homocysteine and other triggers? Or does the body do that on its own?

    • @N17sd
      @N17sd 8 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Vitamin K2 and niacinamide and garlic

    Excellent video! So informative! I have the MTHFR HOMOZYGOUS mutation. I think it contributed to many health issues over my lifetime such as viral meningitis, neurocardiogenic syncope, and more recently anxiety/panic attacks along with vaccine sensitivity. Since the pandemic and subsequent "treatment " jabs My symptoms are worse with no answers from conventional medicine. Severe Brain fog and the anxiety/panic attacks has completely shut down my independence. I think my vegus nerve plays a major role in my symptoms. I need a doctor that has this kind of knowledge to help me get my independence back

      You also mentioned that a large tongue is related to a folate deficiency, my dentist noticed that I have a large tongue!, so much so that my tongue is dented from my teeth.

      Also look into Dr David Brownstein and Iodine. Get a full thyroid testing done. That took care of my panic attacks, brain fog and fatigue. Tyrosine also helped along with Mag nesium, Selenium and Zinc.

      Thank you Dr. Osborne for yet more excellent information! This helps so much to be able to figure the mystery caused to so many health symptoms & issues. This is so crucial when so often our convential Dr.'s have no idea as to the why of these symptoms!
      Thank you, thank you so very much!

    hey doc, can having an x-ray cause FOLATE or B9 deficiency?
    - i had an OPG xray and started feeling very tired!! not like me! my gym performance HALVED overnight! -- its been 2 months! and i was feeling so strong but it was IMMEDIATELY after the OPG, i started to feel TIRED and headaches, pain around face, jaw, neck, temples! -- - this is the area the OPG x-ray was placed?
    - Had blood test done last week and found out im B9 deficient! can OPG cause this? I will take METHYL FOLATE version? although my doctor prescribed me FOLIC ACID 5mg per day for two months! dont want synthetic drug! - shall i just take METHYLFOLATE 5mg per day too for 2 months? or can i start with smaller dose?
