Would love to hear more about drug induced nutritional deficiencies and your history you traveled from there to here. Sounds so interesting. Thank you for all your efforts and teaching.

Tanton, Ph.D Over half of Americans are on at least one of these meds. And they likely aren’t on a multivitamin that is actually absorbed. I also noticed a huge theme with this depletion list. Glutathione. This is scary to think where the health of America is going. Importance of glutathione Glutathione acts as an important antioxidant in your body. That means it helps combat free radicals. These are molecules that can damage your body's cells. Glutathione plays a role in many chemical reactions in your body. It also helps detoxify chemicals, including some that your body creates naturally, as well as pollutants and drugs.
Def. one of the better videos I've seen on a B vitamin deficiency. There's one thing however that I sorely miss on almost every video or text on b vitamins: Looking at a single B vitamin instead of all of them as a system and pointing out the commonalities, interconnections and differences. What I‘d *like* to see is: * which symptoms are typical for all or many B vitamin deficiencies * which symptoms are typical or exclusive to one specific B vitamin deficiency * how do I go about narrowing it down/testing and how do I monitor/observe to make sure I‘m not coming to false conclusions. I feel like I keep watching the same lecture with different titles. B9, B12, B1, B2, B6, homocysteine, …
You are right doctors who prescribe medicine don't want to prescribe supplements. Your videos are so helpful. I got benign cancer cells but when I saw your videos 7 years ago it helped me to get rid of grains bread and other processed foods. Cancer cells are in 13 years now and it doesn't go to malignant.
Hi, do we really have to get the active form of vitamin b2 to supplement? p5p i think it is called .. or can we just use the normal vitamin b2 Riboflavin 100mg? I think the latter form does work for me, and have yellow urine from it. i also take a active b complex every now and then.
Every day after walk and some time between walk my eyes gets very stiff and heavy some time irritated , feel like some thing pulling my eyes , some time my blood pressure go little high, but after eating food my eyes get better slowly and completely beter after 1 or 2 hours , befor it happen some time , from 1 weak it’s happening every day , look like some kind of deficiency , what I should do, advice pls
Hello Dr. Osborne. I just found you on TH-cam today. Everything that you talking about it's so important for me to know and to learn from you. My Doctor never mentioned any of this Vitamin B forms. And i know, I desperately needed this treatment. I don't know how to get in touch with you. I have CKD and DIABETES. I am worrying about the CKD THE MOST. Thank you, 👏👏👏😍🌻🌻
Thank you for your videos! I agree on the point about excess water consumption. For my kidney I should increase, BUT increase minerals too! For work (where I fast=no glucose!) I add some mineral salt and magnesium to 1 bottle of no gas water. Maybe this practical tip helps you 🙏 Fitness guys do this too when exercising and they fatigue a lot less. Even roman soldiers knew that and historically salt supply was highly important for performance, endurance, moving, training, fitness.
^When you take a vitamin b2 test.... does it account for what you ate the day before? 1 week before? a month before? I was told I had a b2 deficiency which I find odd, but I think maybe it was cause I wasn't eating my normal diet the week before.
What "Crash course"?! This is over an hour!! A Crash course is supposed to be short... I want to learn about this, but I don't have an hour... I'll catch what I can. I've had eye doctors tell me I'm the most light-sensitive person they've ever seen. Very valuable information - glad I watched! thank you
Going back over the ones I'm low in since I got my intracellular micronutrient testing back. I've found most of them in videos or lives, except for vanadium. Is there a deep dive on that one? I started boron last summer, but still very deficient, and vanadium is almost as deficient.
Wow , ive up me b1 With benefortimin snd add bi hcl . I am low on all b viyimins . Stress and coffee .throw that out . I am showing i have the nerological problems do to this . Taking brewers yeast , I
I’ve a had a pretty bad reaction to B2. Weak, sleepy, palpitations, short of breath. The only thing I can think of it’s because B2 lowers blood pressure and mine is already low.
Brenda, I have the same question. Have you figured it out? From my research, it could be that the neuropathy is from b1 deficiency which is also common, or b5 is another one that can do it.
I'm experiencing something similar from supplementing folic acid or methylfolate. I know I have low folate levels. However I don't understand these "startup symptoms". Are they caused by other deficiencies or simply a type of healing reaction?
@@banzobeans from what I have read, it can be both or either. Some people develop neuropathy because they cause disbalance in b vitamins by supplementing 1 of them. For others, they start a vitamin, it flares up their neuropathy for a few weeks and then it goes away and fully heals - so for them it was indeed the missing vitamin and it was healing their neuropathy.

You say that taking 30-50 mg of B2 in R5P form should be enough. I am taking 100 mg and my urine is not yellow, should I be concerned?
curious what presentation program you are using, thanks

Hello, and thanks from Erftstadt, Germoney!🇩🇪❤
What if you no longer have a thyroid? Are you prone to B2 deficiency?
Does low b2 cause angular chelities?or it that more likely folate deficiency?
B2 causes it. I also had the same problem and took B2 & it disappeared.😊
Yes it can cause it. But other b vitamin deficiencies can as well.
Hello, Pittsburg Kansas
Thank you Doctor .glad to have found your sight.
Hi from Ireland 🇮🇪
The studied correct dose in migraines is 200 mg twice a day of riboflavin.
What if we when we take riboflavin our neuropathic pain increases, what is causing that?
