    Coriander water
    Before breakfast -Amla powder with honey water
    Breakfast -Yogurt ,egg,
    Gluten free bread,almonds walnuts
    Gluten free oatmeal , chia seeds, pumpkin seeds,
    Lunch - whole cereal, mushrooms, pulses, fruit except banana eat everything
    use turmeric milk in night
    Coconut oil

      One note: Walnuts can interfere with thyroid hormone absorption, so avoid eating them at the same time you take your medication.

    Most sensible Indian doctor I have come across. I have myself cured my HYPOTHYROID by eating SHRIMP, 4 EGGS, LOTS OF RAW MILK, YOGURT everyday. To heal my gut I had grass fed bone broth and bone marrow.

    Thank you doctor nice explanation. I have a doubt doctor, what are the vegetables we should avoid if we have thyroid problem. My doctor told me not to take vegetables like cauliflower,cabbage, Radish , beetroot. Im not taking these vegetable.

    I love that, it all comes from the gut/intestines, the chinese said that for thousands of years and you are very knowlegeable. brazilian nuts = selenium . I also avoid fluor in the toothpaste, chlorine in swimming pool and bread because of Bromo. What you think about the keto diet?

I was surprised that u recommend yoghurt cause most of people with Hashimoto illness have lactose intolerance. What is the best source of probiotnics from nature if I cannot drink and eat milk cow products ?

      You can have goat milk as it has less size fat molecules than cow milk and it may also help for ur illness

    Coriander water works only in hyperthyroidism and not in hypothyroidism.
    Hyper means thinning and hypo means fattening

      Around 5am even if you're still sleepy, take thyroid medication and then take rest for some more time.
      Around 5am is the best and optimum time for medication AND ON EMPTY STOMACH.

      Try ghee in warm water in the morning. Use your legs. Big muscles in thighs and buttocks. You have to move it, move it. Use probiotic in tablets then. Entiro. Avoid dairy. Hear your body.

      Absolutely, do the following-
      1. Yoga with breathing exercises and asanas, check TH-cam for videos
      2. Have coriander water empty stomach
      3..take 1 Brazil nut everyday
      4. Go for evening walks and keep yourself active.
      Im a hypothyroid hashimotos patient and above has helped me wonderfully. Thyroid is a silent killer treat it asap
