    OMG everything you made here looks so yummy!! Other Chinese takeout items I'd love to see you create: potstickers with dipping sauce. Also, egg rolls or spring rolls. 😋💕👍

      I like the frozen Chung's spring rolls. They're vegan & delicious. I'm lazy as hell so probably will never make my own.

      I’d just follow a potsticker recipe and use crumbled pressed tofu or tvp + cornstarch (I did the tofu + cornstarch method before and it was great). You can also buy vegan “pork” if that’s your thing!

    OMG tearing the tofu is SO MUCH BETTER!!! It looks exactly like meat this way, texture etc. My 7yo will LOVE THIS!!!!!

    Your timing couldn't be better! I recently tried a cashew tofu stir fry at our go-to takeout place, and now I'm obsessed. I agree, the cashews are SO GOOD in stir fry. Can't wait try your recipe, and I'll definitely make the king pao as well

    I made the cashew recipe on Saturday and it was phenomenal! Make that again, my husband said! And today I'm starting the orange tofu! You are a wonderful recipe creator.

      @@rosiecunningham8268 No, I used olive oil. I've never used avocado oil. And the orange tofu was also superb!

    It would be cool to see a poke bowl with crispy tofu! The restaurant I order from makes this creamy peanut sauce to go on top of the poke bowl and it's so addictive.

    I just made the orange "chicken" and OH MY ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?? This was so good! I left out the avocado oil and the tofu still came out nice and crispy. That orange sauce is so good, too! The perfect balance of spicy, sweet, and savory....delicious! I will definitely be making this again

    Panda Express used to have eggplant tofu I had it once and could never find it again. If you could recreate something like that I’d be eternally grateful. All the dishes look great I’m torn on which one to try first! Thanks for an awesome video.

    I've been running low on Asian-inspired ideas for dishes to serve my non-vegan family and I have never made (or ordered) any of these before, even in their original versions years ago!
    I often use this technique on tofu and only shake it with the cornstarch in a box - makes it so much easier :D

    The first time I watched this, I started rolling my eyes when she was breaking the tofu with her hands (I thought she was trying to be cool), but it does work. I'd say the crevices and irregular shapes and pores of the tofu help with ensuring the starch goes inside and sticks it more to the surface! Thanks so much! 🎉🎉😊😊😊

    Yum! A few months ago I had some mushrooms that needed to be used soon or tossed and I found a Kung Pao Mushroom dish with peanuts tossed in at the end. It’s my go to takeout dish because for some reason I can never use my mushrooms up fast enough!! Gonna try making the cashew dish with mushrooms this time cuz I’m out of tofu and too lazy to run to the store. ❤️

    Hi Caitlin! I was inspired by your orange tofu but never got to making it at the time you posted it. Recently, Sadia from Pick up Limes made a similar dish and was reinspired and cooked it today and it's so delicious and delightful! Thank you so much for the yummy recipe!     The frozen Yakisoba at Costco is vegan, with minimally processed ingredients, and tastes so good! We like to sauté it when we have Chinese food at home, and it tastes just like the lo mein you get at the restaurants

    I can't wait to try the orange and cashew ones. I recently made your Tofu Parmesan and it was fantastic, is now one of my favorites. I just need to find a better melting vegan cheese, the one I had didn't melt very well. Love all of these tofu recipes, thank you.

      I've seen others use mushroom sauce (which u can find in any asian shop) as a "vegetarian oyster sauce" substitute! Hope this helps

    Vegetable Mai Fun noodles.It usually has egg but was thinking maybe u could use tofu.It's really all about the noodles in this anyway.
