When I worked on a construction crew for a city replacing and refurbishing the infrastructure, life was great. Every job finished felt like winning a battle with my boys. This all stopped when our superintendent retired and the one after him left and a bipolar feminist took over. She eventually took out her frustrations on us and would come up with ideas that wouldn't work and that would make it worse. I have worked for good women who would point me and my coworkers in a direction of what they wanted and then let us work. She wouldn't do that and the micromanaging killed moral and our ability to think and act on our own. The other ladies I worked for were awesome. They were younger than her and understood: if a man knows his job, give him the mission and get tf outta the way. 😎

One of the very important things lifting weights teaches you is that there are no shortcuts sometimes. Also that you have to spend a lot of time enduring discomfort and sacrifice and doing something you really don't much feel like doing if you want to get the results. This then transfers to other areas. Which is pretty important, because life mainly consists of doing things you should do but don't much want to do so you can eventually have something you really did want. And that's the only way anyone gets those things. If anyone is ever telling you that you can have the thing you really do want but without doing any actual work to get it, they're a con artist. That's it. No other possibilities. Con artist. Don't listen to them. Or you get conned and wind up with nothing to show for it.

Hoe Math did an excellent video where he boiled this nonsense down to "Get good, scrub". That's all I mentally refer to this stuff as now, "get good, scrub" content. I see my friends earnestly watching videos in which some rich 1%-er podcast bro goes into painstaking detail about his "morning routine" and how he times his "caffeine intake" just right in order to "optimize" the body's uptake of flobberblandrinoid enzymes or some other such nonsense. And these guys who've made it seem to think that they'll somehow be insulated when everything falls apart. "Well, the world's going to shit, 80% of men are losers, so make sure you sweat blood to fight your way to the top and at least you'll have a great life". They make the assumption that a First World society will somehow magically exist in perpetuity around them, so they can continue to enjoy the fruits of being at the top of it. If your social and cultural system stops guaranteeing the vast majority of beta or "lesser" men the opportunity of having at least one partner/wife, then eventually enough of said betas will stop doing all the shit they need to do to ensure we continue to have a First World society. Then it won't matter how "locked in" your "grindset" was.

The creating a funnel strategy for meeting women absolutely works and is probably the best strategy to expand your options. Best decision I made was choosing a career that didn’t tie me up to one specific industry and allowed me to work in industries that gave me the ability to be surrounded by beautiful women at all times. I never have tried online dating because I’m constantly surrounded by women that look like and are models. Choose wisely my friends.

I’ve been watching, listening, and reading Cappy‘s stuff for 10 years. There are some important points that Aaron and Michael do get correct. However, there are quite a few, which have no basis, in fact. This economy is vastly different than the one the silent generation And the boomers came of age in. There are now four times as many people on this planet then the former group had to compete against for a dwindling set of resources. This current generation also has the benefit of far better knowledge of the realities of modern relationshipsand the risks they hold.

I think the part about high value men, neurosurgeon, engineer, lawyer being frustrated because they feel that they "deserve" it was glossed over, dismissed and presented too simplistically. One need to understand the journey.
    1. Likely these people come from a stable home with both mother and father being together, where they learned stability, kindness, reciprocity, loyalty, hard work, integrity and importance of marriage.
    2. Completing one of the special mentioned degrees further amplifies the mentioned qualities.
    3. They are told by their parents and media to be kind, and nice, and respectful. They feel innately and by conditioning a sense of duty and responsibility.
    4. To Aarons point about quarter backs and bad boys. You probably won't be the bad boy and a neurosurgeon. We can't have it both ways. One requires different value system than the other.
    5. They likely had female friends who complained about guys being broke, guys cheating, guys ghosting.
    6. They likely listened to podcasts or read lists of 10 things women want.
    7. Women are no longer taught by parents or media or peers a sense of duty they might have, they are told to do whatever makes them feel good and if something feels bad then it must be discarded and avoided. And because of this values such as loyalty, integrity, commitment, intelligence are not on the radar, since all of them place some limit/responsibility on the person adhering to those virtues. So now a hard working man is not something admirable, a loyal man is also not something admirable. Actually the messaging is that is needy and unattractive.
Given the above conditions isn't really that hard to believe that in fact they do qualify, they do deserve. They have money, they treat people well, they are loyal. They tick every box that anyone ever asked for. That by definition leads to deserving. The men don't always feel frustration because of the rejection, I think a lot of it is a disappointment of having put in the work and not receiving the reward repeatedly.
I think the problem these men have is the problem of social circle/social status and the resulting social experience from it. Many professionals move from their hometown to college and then to a different city for a job and then to another city perhaps in a couple of years. With every move their social circle restarts and often doesn't go far. People they meet at work move away, switch jobs. Establishing the social circle requires time and often 1-2 years can be wasted on the wrong people, only to have to start again. While many of these successful men are confident in their work, they lack social confidence because often they don't get reinforcement, praise and encouragement from someone they also value back, like close friends. You're definitely going to feel more confident when you enter a room and people cheer you and welcome you vs when you are just a random guy in some new bar where you never been in your life.

I like you. A wise and articulate thinker.
      2 things to add:
1- being a physical protector is a turn on and it’s innate, primal, and based on being a bit dangerous and scary. That’s attractive to women in a cave man type of way. You need to factor this in to top guys who lack this bad ass vibe.
2- your comment dragged towards the end, I recommend being more punch with your endings because your a strong and wise thinker who cares. You deserve more punchy endings.
As a side note both my parents were disturbed, violent and jealous of their kids.

I agree with your first point about being dangerous. Unfortunately in todays world a lot of men don't have the opportunity to show their aggressive side. A bouncer at a club looks mean, a bartender may need to check some drunk guy, an athletic type might show leadership within the team. What does the accountant type sitting in cubicle #116 do?

But radical/intersectional feminists continue to destroy all the men's online/offline spaces with DEI shit in games that removes white men, the movies no longer have masculine role models in great numbers, alcohol is too expensive with inflation and drugs might make it all worse.
Feminism is creating its own destruction. The irony is palpable.
Violence has jumped only slightly this year here in Australia. It will be interesting to see if it continues to increase year on year.

I also agree that business and conquering business is the equivalent to like receiving glory in battle in the medieval times. It's your god-given right and your prerogative as a man to build a business that supplies value to the world. What’s strange to my ears about all this (red pill stuff) is that when i was broke and barely spending anything “chasing” women i racked up a body count that I legitimately lost count off (not proud of it) now as a more evolved man who is doing well economically, spiritually, in the best shape of my life, multi disciplinary artist, a few incomes, investments, etc. i seem to do way WAY less well with women.

Michael's opinion is one approach that doesn't have to exclude options that can and do work for others in the real world.

I paid a pro photographer with amazing glamor shots after my frigid wife of 21 years cheated on me and moved out. This is total BS. I do cold approaches but 90% are married already. Where are you doing these cold approaches? My advice is to target female oriented events / places. Take a photography, art, hiking class, join a church. Think where would you not likely see another guy at? If you want to meet a single lady take yourself to Kohl’s or other female based dept stores on Valentine’s Day at 4 pm and start cold approaching. Think outside the box. You can take any dating app and shove it! Also lose the bitter ex-wife vibe, let that shit go, it happens to everyone, time to move on, women won’t feel sorry for you and they sure don’t want to hear your problems nowadays.

Many problems, including this one, manifest at both the individual and societal level. So, for example, women only swipe right on 5% of men. This is a societal level statistic. Yet when we look at an individual man who is struggling with women he is getting right swipes from less than 1% of women
However, when people on the internet speak of solutions, they only talk about solutions from the perspective of the individual. This certainly has merit. After all, if someone was struggling to make money, you would tell him to learn a useful skill, spend less money and get a new job, etc. In short, you would tell him to improve himself. HOWEVER.... That solution is not going to change the societal numbers at all. Just because an individual here in the US can work harder and smarter and increase his income does not mean the economy will improve. We are literally looking at two different problems with 2 radically different solutions. While it might be true that increasing the skills among the entire population of workers might have a positive impact on the economy, that premise is certainly not a given and would almost certainly be restricted to a marginal impact.
The point I am leading to is quite simple. The solutions given by guys like Jordan Peterson and Michael Sartain are 100% valid. Your chances with women will go up if you focus on the kinds of self improvement they discuss. How much they will go up is debatable and will vary from individual to individual, but the basic premise that your chances for success will go up is still valid. But these solutions ONLY address the individual level. They are valueless if we want to discuss societal level solutions. In fact, since hypergamy is comparative, there is no chance that the individual solutions will impact the overall social dynamic. As a simple example, if every man suddenly grew 3 inches taller, the 6'0" standard would become a 6'3" standard.
This is what I want to see.
    1. I want to see a large scale understanding of what I have just described. Nothing can happen at a societal level if the only solutions being offered are targeted towards the individual.
    2. I want to see discussions of what needs to happen to our social dynamics to make things better. By better, I mean more men and women forming family units and a vast reduction in overall social and sexual isolation. This is a fairly basic step since it is really just defining goals.
    2. I want to see discussions of how to implement the goals created in item 2. It is my belief that most of these would require women to make radical changes in how they go about mate selection.
I have very little hope that any of this will happen. Even item 1, which should be brutally obvious to anyone who ponders these things with any degree of sincerity, is something I have found has no audience. Everyone just falls back on the individual solutions. The idea that there are actually 2 very different problems gets lost. People fail to realize that climbing to the top deck of a sinking luxury liner will not prevent the ship from sinking. At best you get a bit of fresh air and manage to drown later than your fellow passengers. Instead of climbing to a higher floor, we need to make life better for everyone and encourage them to repair the damage because the only solutions are going to be systemic. Nothing short of a radical cultural shift has any hope of saving our world from the coming collapse.

Two things. In general, I agree with the advice on degrees to pursue and degrees to avoid. I have been a venture capitalist and entrepreneur for over 30 years. Degrees that require intellectual rigor better prepare young people for a changing world than degrees that don't. Accounting or Statistical Science > communications or marketing. However, degrees like philosophy and biological and geology which are often ridiculed as only good for teaching are also rigorous and provide great undergraduate educations. Most of the highly paid executives who work for me have degrees like these. The goal should be to stretch yourself intellectually, not learn a particular skill in college. Second thing. Law firms generate about 30X more revenue per year than law schools

I appreciate the efforts to promote diversity in STEM, but it's crucial to ensure that these initiatives don't inadvertently perpetuate stereotypes or pressure individuals into fields they may not be genuinely interested in. Exclusive quotas and scholarships for women can be counterproductive, as they may lead to tokenism and compromise merit-based selection. True empowerment comes from encouraging everyone, regardless of gender, to pursue their passions and interests. Let's focus on creating an inclusive environment that fosters equal opportunities for all while respecting individual choices and aspirations. What are your thoughts on striking the right balance when promoting diversity in STEM?
