This is actually one of my favorite homes you've shown. It's not overly gaudy, and the open warmth this home brings is unmatched. If I had the money, I'd buy this home for sure.
I've been binging a lot expensive house tours from multiple channels recently, and I think this house is the one I've liked the most, and this is including 50+ million dollar houses. Simply amazing, the finishes and staging is perfect.
I really love how the handles, door knobs, hinges, and other fixtures are brass, plus all the sky lights, the wood elements, and other new and unique details tying in the look of the house. What's better is you showcased all of these unique details giving us new knowledge. Big thanks for that enes and the team!
I’m a graphic designer who kinda has an addiction to watch house tours on youtube, and recently I start to watch your amazing tours from the very beginning. I just wanna point out the fact that you guys have a big improvement through time. I mean, not only Enes got a lot better at narrating skills, but also cameramen, video edits, music choices, and everything got better over years. This is something worthy. Keep going guys!

Honestly he's not the most enthusiastic in his videos, don't get me wrong its great content, but Ryan Serhant videos per example have me more interested in a showing.

You would not want to buy from someone that will could potentially miss some very crucial details. Ryan is more of a Seller all he cares about is the sail he says that himself. This guy who im watching for the first time is more then a good publicity stunt. And Ryan is a gate keeper for ordinary folks not to get into the industry. If you do not look as good as Ryan he is basically saying forget about it. So i choose this gentleman over that

The copy below the video says 10,220 sq ft lot. I looked deliberately because I couldn't figure out where all that land was supposed to be after looking at the yard, the fencing around the property, etc. Like why was the yard so small unless the lot includes unusable hillside. Can we get an explanation?

Actualy this is an amaizing house. A one floor house gives also one More advantage that you have every thing you need in one floor. But i still see that 2 floors house can gives a better view and some more advantages

The mint green kitchen with that matching marble makes this my favourite kitchen ever. Just gorgeous. Never knew this would fit together. The bar is stunning as well. Miss these old tours. And the bathrooms! What a great house!

One of the best tours if have seen: beautiful marble stones all throughout, and the color combinations with the other adjacant materials are just stunning: the copper color for the water faucet are just gorgeous. Also the natural stone combination with the wood is just stunning.

I know, Enes gives that best presentation of all the homes I've seen from youtubers and realtors. Some of those people shouldn't even be selling R.E. their so terrible.
The architecture is phenomenal. At first I thought this house won't be worth 16 million but it's Beverly Hills and you're paying like half of the price for the views 😂. Loved the lighting and how most rooms have the glass windows/doors opening up. My favourite parts were the kitchen and the her closet. Wasn't expecting to like this house so much. You tour the most amazing properties ❤️

This house is just so spacious! It’s so open, just feels like one big space. I love open plans! On a side note, I was watching another TH-camr doing a tour of a listing, didn’t like it at all! Every time they talked about a feature, I was like “No! That’s not how Enes does it!” Or if they missed out on some detail, I was like “Enes would have talked about it.” You are the best Enes! I love your videos. I have learnt so much from these. I keep showing my husband your videos. Hopefully, someday we are going to live in one of these amazing houses!

Best. House. Ever. The His side closet was grand enough.. Then That Her side primary bedroom closet😍 I would just make a nicer make up area, with lower hanging mirror cuz you can't really see yourself sitting on that level with what they have now.. I'd put make up lights around, maybe also a small sink near the make up area. LOVE all the different looking bathrooms and details, fixtures, handles. I love that all the showers have handheld shower heads. They are just so necessary and practical, I don't get why certain houses don't have them. The kitchen, the bar area... Just superb. ❤️😍 Are the shades in the bedroom letting light through tho? It doesn't seem like they are black out curtains..that would be a definite must. The movie theatre is also a very proper looking movie theatre. The pool and the view 😍😍 I just love everything about this house.

The lack of baseboard trim seems like an odd trend. It’s probably more expensive yet looks cheaper. 🤔

I see a lot of baseboard trim. It is very light in color and hard to see in their lighting though.

One thing i noticed is that every house enes tours has a bedroom currently staged as an office.
I bet it’s so the owner can use it as a tax write off since taxes are so ridiculously high in Cali 👎🏻
many of these owners like having offices to work in!
