I think the minimal staging and sprawling open spaces give this place a liminal feel that makes me have feelings of nostalgia and déjà vu that I can't really explain, but it's really pleasant. It's like a wonderful place from the 90s. The transitional spaces have so much character via the architecture and it gives it a lot of charm.
Such a beautiful and elegant home. Love that the exterior of the property is painted all white,love the minimalist decor, I do agree with you Enes in that it gives an opportunity for the home owner to make the property their own. The landscape, the property grounds are incredible... love those tall trees as well. 🥰🥰❤❤🥰🥰

That 60-inch Viking gas stove is awesome, it would make cooking faster if I had it! The spaciousness and comfort of its cinema are probably the closest to a real movie theater we've ever seen! I love the Tuscan style room, so elegant and beautiful! I also like the room with the glass window in the corner, very special and very bright! I cannot unlike its pool, jacuzzi, outdoor kitchen, and of course the beautiful landscape! Simply put, this is no longer like a house, but like an elegant resort center! The special part of this was the down to earth flavor that the relationship between Mikey and Enes created which made the walk- thrus more intimate and as though you were actually exploring. Thank you so much for touring this amazing house located on Sunset Bvd for us! There is few points I'd like to share with you here: 1° The scale of this house is massive, of course, as you say. If I had to buy such a large house, I should like to split spaces: I mean dividing spaces a little bit more between kitchen and family room, and between the entry and the formal dining room. 2° I should like to get a built-in library in the formal living room right in the entry. 3° I should like to set up a sauna, a locker room (for the swimming pool) and a steam shower instead of the gym. 4° I should like to install an outdoor pool table behind the outdoor kitchen (Crate & Barrel sales that kind of tables). 5° And, above all, I'd like to create one or two bedrooms underneath the entry (with emergency exits), with a staircase alongside the main staircase to go down below to the basement created underneath the motor court. Given the price it costs to buy such a house, I believe it worths these improvements. My personal thoughts of course... (I'm French and English is not my first language, so excuse me if, from time to time, I use inappropriate words ;) )

Love this house and grounds so much I would just furnish it and not change a thing but I agree it would be easy for anyone who wished to do that. Thank you Enes for explaining more construction details and I seriously love the metal coverings on the beams outside. Had that done when we had the roof and gutters replaced so the boards on the sides never have to be repainted again or replaced and despite our rainforest type weather we haven't even had to power wash them. I always pay attention to the details you point out so I can incorporate some in future renovations, hardware updates or if we move. Enes you need to create an import business for quality products and maybe imported from your home country Turkey or partner with a company to advertise in your videos. 🙂 I have been searching for new pocket door hardware in stores and online and the reviews are not good even on high priced inventory. Splendid and a real Home indeed. I love the absence of televisions everywhere in favour of art pieces and bookshelves. I would keep the tv’s at a minimum and out of the bedrooms too to encourage proper resting spaces. Enough quiet areas for some of us who practice TM or those with all other meditation and yoga lives. I would cover the outside barbecue area to be able to enjoy them during rains or very hot days too. The furniture and the art pieces are superb by the way, although I would like a more imposing formal dining suite for at least 12 people for the space. An exquisite Home indeed. Pity you did not show us the extent of the guest wing, but i like the extra garaging there because guests will in all probability not use more vehicles than the iwners of the property

I don't like necessarily the art pieces on the walls and neither some of the chairs at the tables , but overall this house is very well curated ; so clean; white walls; spacious ; great room spaces and i like that movie theatre space. This is a house that feels like it was build be a home first and amplified by amenities and luxuries second. I think there have been many homes that the team and Enes have toured that feel like a spectacle first and a home second so this is a refreshing change. It doesn't seem super gaudy and or cold and there is plenty of backyard and driveway space which are luxury in itself for LA but more importantly the house feel really functional for family and friends. I mean imagine having a Christmas or Thanksgiving or any kind of large family gathering here. This house would be the hosting house for all the right reasons and one I'd gladly pay 30 million for if i had the money.

I would cover the outside barbecue area to be able to enjoy them during rains or very hot days too. The furniture and the art pieces are superb by the way, although I would like a more imposing formal dining suite for at least 12 people for the space. An exquisite Home indeed.
Pity you did not show us the extent of the guest wing, but i like the extra garaging there because guests will in all probability not use more vehicles than the iwners of the property
Where is Mikey? Is he still coming back? Please bring him back to your videos. Mikey makes your videos more interesting because he has a sense of humour. It’s not the same without Mikey. 😔

I don't like necessarily the art pieces on the walls and neither some of the chairs at the tables , but overall this house is very well curated ; so clean; white walls; spacious ; great room spaces and i like that movie theatre space. This is a house that feels like it was build be a home first and amplified by amenities and luxuries second. I think there have been many homes that the team and Enes have toured that feel like a spectacle first and a home second so this is a refreshing change. It doesn't seem super gaudy and or cold and there is plenty of backyard and driveway space which are luxury in itself for LA but more importantly the house feel really functional for family and friends. I mean imagine having a Christmas or Thanksgiving or any kind of large family gathering here. This house would be the hosting house for all the right reasons and one I'd gladly pay 30 million for if i had the money.

Amazing house. I love the Brentwood and Palisades more traditional architecture compared to the modern boxy marble styles all over LA. This Hamptons style never gets old.
