@@LauraTryUK I’ve had several bouts of basil cell skin cancer. You don’t think of those things when you’re young and invincible. However, all those things we do to ourselves in our youth show up in later years. That includes not stretching! LOL!!! No complaints! I’m watching the sun exposure, stretching, and know more about my body than I ever have. That’s why I love your channel…you bring things to light I never looked at within myself. They say hindsight is 20/20. Well, I have no regrets on most of the decisions I’ve made in life. I’m pretty darn happy and healthy at 60+ as I prepare to retire in a couple weeks. It’s all good and life goes on! ❤️
Our light Laura! Yes. Dr Berg has an interesting video up about sun exposure and skin cancer. Who knows if he’s right but it’s food for thought 💭 We’re all just doing the best we can aren’t we. Much Love 🙏
I wintered in Antarctica for 2 years, back in early 00s, and we each had one of these lamps in our workplaces. Switched them on for a few hours per day, during the extreme darkness. Amazingly, nobody went MAD. Well, a couple of folk went a bit loco, but that was more 'relationship' issues than anything else The UV lamps do work, I keep meaning to get myself one, thanks for reminding me. Great channel and content
I hate the winter not because of the weather but because of the lack of day light. Their is definitely a drop in my mood bodering on mild depression I would say also I become very lethargic and lack motivation. I have noticed since I have been in my current job I suffer more during the winter as I work underground in a power station and can go a few weeks at a time without seeing day light in the winter months. I am going to try out a light based on this video and see how I get on next winter.
I have a sunrise/sunset light that helps MASSIVELY in winter for waking up to mimicked sunlight. Really helps to start the day with energy. Also great to fall asleep with a light that turns off slowly on its own. Couldn’t recommend enough (I have a Lumie light)
I love love love how often Charlie appears in this video! Also, congratulations on your new digs straight across from Momma T! Yay for you both!!! I finally bought a SAD lamp this winter and brought it to the office where it annoyed my coworkers. It helped me a lot, but not them. 😅 I really strive to get morning light as well, especially combined with movement. Nothing compares with nature, but during winter, every little bit helps! ❤ Keep up the great work, LT!!!
Isn't he great! And he just wanders in on the video as and when he likes. The coworkers bit made me laugh so much!!!! Well done you for taking it to work. And I'm so pleased it helped. Mine is going strong as we enter the winter here in the UK.
Thank you for this video, I am actualy looking for the best lamp of this style for my depression in MS. Nice to see/watch you after one year again, also in shoes of my dreams (after 6 years of my first pair, I should find and wear it again). Thank you so much!
Thanks Laura! That’s very helpful I started a Vit D3+K2 oil supplement (a recent blood test measured it at 40% of the required level) the lamp and early sunlight are great tips.
I use a 'Lumie' lamp which has a sunrise and sunset mode. It's fantastic for gently waking you up in the morning as the light slowly increases over 30 mins (before a set time). Sunset mode is the same, except in reverse. My number one purchase! I'd recommend it to anyone.
It's the Bodyclock Rise 100. Had it a couple of years now. Absolutely love it. Wouldn't be with out it. Really enjoyed the video =D Have you done a video on HRV?@@LauraTryUK
Saves my life.just be sure the bulbs used are natural full spectrum not anything other as it could damage your eyesight.i don't use mine past the morning or it can keep me awake at night.
So much good info here especially the distance between yourself and the lamp. Another thing Ive been considering as I work long shifts inside and lack daylight so perhaps this may help especially in the winter. Thank you or all the research.
I'm pleased you found it all useful Conner. I wonder sometimes if all the details are needed - but I am interested in that kind of stuff so guess other people are too. Was it you that commented on my post about daylight lamps a few weeks ago and said it didn't make much difference to you?
@@LauraTryUK I think its your humour and attention to detail that make your videos so good. Not that couldn`t of been me, as I havent bought one. Still a bit undecided but will probably give it a go at some point, anything to help coping with the shiftwork.
My genetics are from the UK ( Irish mum, Irish/English/Scottish on dad's side ) so I always try to walk in the shade when it's sunny out. ( I start to burn in 20 minutes, and don't like most sun-blocks because I feel greasy the rest of the day. ) The only time I find that weather effects my mood are on days where there's heavy rain all day, and everything looks gloomy outside. Glad that your SAD lamp works for you. 🌞
I can relate to the 20 minutes in the sun and being burned. Irish blood in me too - my limit is about 10 mins, and agree on the greasy sunscreen. Sun in the eyeballs does feel great doesn't it.
Sun in the eyebolls: I was very afraid of demaging exactly them and worsening my eynerves and my MS, but thank you, I will buy such lamp and also take vitamine D in high doses. Thank you ♥️!
Yup, I have a cheap-ish one off Amazon and it works so well!! I put mine at about the same distance that you do (never occurred to me to find out how far away it should be but I would say I put it 60 cm away) If I don’t do it during the winter, i get really depressed.
Thank you for this information! I've been using a Northern Lights Technology lamp for nearly 10 yrs and completely forgot about how close it needs to be. I recently bought a different one off Amazon and see that there is no info about how far to sit from it. I think it's only 10,000 lux if my face is touching the lamp lol. I'll be using this one for my plants now. Thanks again! I love your videos and your calm voice :)
oh thank you! I am delighted. I have tried 3 other options now and none of them were suitable. Then this house came up. It was worth the wait. I plan to do a House Tour video in a few months and show you guys around. I feel as though some have been on the journey with me 💖
I’ve had my “mood light” for years, I use it every winter. From what I read when I got it, you’re supposed to have the light enter your eye from the side. So that’s what I do. I think it helps.
Another cool video. I've had sleep disorders my whole life, and I've been prescribed light therapy many times. It does help. In addition to bright white and blue lights in the morning, red (night light) and yellow (reading) lights at night help me sleep better too, especially as I wind down to relax in the evenings. (Red and yellow lights _don't_ suppress melatonin like white/blue lights do.) This includes the light filters on my phone/tablets, as well as the lights I have in my home. Morning and daytime sunlight is particularly therapeutic.
It’s interesting that you were prescribed it! Who by, may I ask? And loving the tip about white, blue, red and yellow light. It’s something I’ve started to explore at home, and getting great benefits. Your comment has encouraged me to make a video about it.
@@LauraTryUKI see several sleep specialists for sleep disorders. Light therapy (bright white/blue in morning, yellow/red at night) help a lot, along with other tools.
Great seeing you back here Laura! ❤ I do a combination of a lamp, vitamin d, and light exercise during the winter months and it does make a huge difference in my mood. The lux of the box really does matter so do your research! I usually use it during breakfast or journaling time.
Another awesome video Big T. I have used a S.A.D lamp for a few years and it does help during winter. But, I have recently been adding a morning walk into my daily regime and that has had a much bigger impact on my health and mood than the lamp. I'm sure the exercise and the natural light is more beneficial.
I use one when I first wake up in the morning in the winter... I turn it gradually to max (to avoid blinding myself, haha), and within a minute I go from feeling like a zombie to feeling totally awake. It's pretty cool!
Interesting video! I love light and I need light to be in good mood however I discovered recently that I have summer depression. I used to love summer, but I particular dislike it now with daylight saving times, where the days are longer and I feel tired most of the day. I thrive during fall and winter. I exercise more and I feel so much energetic.
I use a daylight lamp. I bought it on Amazon for $10. I bought it originally when I lived in my old apartment where my office did not get any natural light through the window except between 10-11 in the morning even though it was in a very warm weather area. I still use it in my current apartment that gets a lot of natural light. It has been so helpful. I use it pretty much everyday all day long except for the last hour before bedtime. It keeps me productive and awake. It also helped with my sleep as well. Several of my friends have lived their entire lives in cold weather environments with long winters and have problems with SAD. I just recently moved to a cold weather environment, and I haven't had a problem with SAD. I think, in part, that the daylight lamp has helped me in fending off SAD.
Such an interesting and helpful comment for others to read, thank you for taking the time to write it 🙏 And so great that the light has helped you so much!
Yep, for most of them you have to sit super close to get the 10,000 lux. So I bought the most expensive one from lumie, the massive one so I could sit further away, I couldn't swallow the price tag though, managed to find one 2nd hand on ebay a bit cheaper. I have it on a timer plug so that it lights up my whole room in the morning, it wakes me up and prevents me from just snoozing for hours or staying in bed.
I have that lamp. You are advised to use it an arm’s length away. You have to face it but you don’t have to stare straight at it. I used it in the afternoon instead of the morning as I had Advanced Sleep Disorder after many years of jet lag. It really helped.
oh wow, this is a really interesting comment. Thank you for mentioned Advanced Sleep Disorder and using it in the afternoon, I have never heard of that. And very cool that it helped you.
I found this video really interesting - thank you. I’ve recently been in hospital for five months, and access to the outside was difficult. I have an energy lamp, and realise that it may help to bring it back into my routine. It was so good to see Charlie sharing your activities - life is certainly improved by having a pussy-cat along!
Another great video Laura! Would love to see you do a review of the Neutonic productivity drink, seems like a perfect theme for your channel and all the ace video reviews you do
I'm considering doing a review about it, or more specifically nootropics. I drank Neutonic for 36 days (3 cases) during a big work stint and found it effective.... there were a few downsides though...... I'll save that for the video.
Love our old Phillips SAD Golight and would really miss it in the uk winter time, definitely helps both me and my wife. Great to see you mention Bryan Johnson.. any plans to try his protocol?? I’m thinking of doing it on the cheap but I just spent £25 on a bottle of high polyphenol olive oil.. it’s gorgeous though!!
@@LauraTryUK, yes, thank you, please also for me! I saw only yesterday about also this impact, was sitting with my son in our infra sauna and could sleep better afterwards.
Great video Laura! I had a similar experience this winter and invested in an LED mask. I found it effective, though I am not sure if the results were placebo? Surviving through the UK winter is starting to become serious business! 😅
I used the SAD Light when it was in the beginning stages it worked a little. However I've since moved from the NE Coast to Arizona the hottest and sunniest state in the USA. My body's DNA doesn't like the lack of sun and cold since I can remember at a very young age and this was backed up by the Doctors informing my parents to dress me warmer. However regarding the SAD Lights I had to return several because they were just a regular light. How could I tell? The pupils in our eyes and our body react differently to regular light by getting tired and the light gets hot. A real SAD light/lamp soothes and comforts and works well with the pupil of your eyes and energizes you while the endorphins kick in and motivate you to want to do more or just being able to cope on a higher level with your daily task.
That’s awesome! I was just about to start going down a “Light Therapy” rabbit hole to see if it would help over the long cold winter in Canada and for my long covid symptoms. So thank you for doing the heavy lifting for me, I will know what to get for the fall. Thankfully we are well into March and things are warming up so I can fill up my cold Plunge Pool in the back yard and I can do a cold plunge with the spring sun slapping me in the face! 😂😂. Take Care
Your right about nature, on bad days I use a sun bed just for 5 mins, the lamps are great also, if you get chance to use it due to the chaos of looking after children, prior to this I Used Ayahuasca and it’s after glow was over 18 months.
I've tried all kinds of pills and SAD lamps etc etc.. the thing that works for keeping me happy is lifting heavy weights. I can't quite believe how this simple (but difficult) 'hack' has made such a difference. Also note that most of youtube etc is trying to convince you there's something wrong with you so they can sell you things - something I also noticed this year.

I got one a few years ago, but I don’t think it was a real daylight lamp. It didn’t seem to do much, but I didn’t keep using it for long. I should try again and see!
dig it out and see if using it in a different way may work. But you may not need it, or may have different eye receptor thingys. So many things that can make it work from some and not for others.
You can change all your bulbs to daylight tone. Maybe, grow lamps might work better. All the bulbs in our home our daylight. It might be a little more glare in reading a book, but the yellowish standard tone is just too depressing for me.
From the age of 5 I've always sitting in a dark room with no sunlight going into a bedroom or looking out of a window When I was fit I always preferred my night (10pm) walks than my morning walks, Also when I was fit I am preferred early (3am) morning runs before the sun, I feel much more comfortable in the dark than with the sun so I must be a vampire
I tried to use a daylight lamp a couple of years back, and it was a good quality one, but my eyes are sensitive to the artificial light. I had a strong impulse to squint and shield my eyes and look away. I felt it was so damaging to my eyes. It made me feel really sick and queazy even when I just had it on on the other side of the room (never mind the recommended 20cm or so). I also have a lesser sensitivity to modern laptop and computer screens, electronic billboards and all sorts of modern "bright" light. The artificial light is really awful for me, and my brain is just screaming to look away and protect my eyes ....and sadly there is no way to escape from using modern screens these days :(
it sounds to me like you made the right decision not to use it. I can understand how you feel about artificial light - I find supermarkets particularly unpleasant.
Hi Laura, thank you for highlighting how to use the lamps, my doctor suggested I get one last year. But I don't think I used it properly? But now I do thanks to you. Can I also ask if the Vivobarefoot shoes suitable for hallux limitus? Its a painful condition that stops you bending your toes whilst walking. I've been suffering for a couple of years now. But nothing can cure it so I'm having to grin and bear it for now. Thanks in advance xx Julie
Hey Julie, I'm pleased you found the video helpful, especially the bit about using the light in the correct way. I am unsure about Viviobarefoot and hallux limitus. My recommendation would be to message them and ask as they have some foot health professionals who they work with.
They don't state the distance because there is no need. The distance as defined by the unit of measurement is one meter, as I understand it. So if your unit is 10000 lux at 20 cm, your unit is only 2000 lux in real terms. I just use one of my video lights. Love your videos.
hmmmm, then why do the super duper lights state the distance and the cheaper ones don't? My interpretation of that is: the cheap ones are 10,000 lux at 0cm which would mean having it right next to the face - not ideal. Moving it further away would dramatically decrease the lux. At least with the 'super duper' ones (I say that but mean the ones that are medical devices) they state the distance so the user knows 'the dose' I expect this is important if someone is actually using it for SAD, a medical condition that requires results. That as tricky to say in the video without losing the momentum. I;m pleased you liked the videos. thanks for commenting.
@@LauraTryUK Yeah, which is what I was thinking. Which would be a trade description issue, I'd think. For a unit of light to be correctly quantified as a lux, the source of light(1 lumen) has to have sufficient power to light the one metre squared, you referred to, from the distance of one meter. If it doesn't, it isn't' a lux. As I understand it. Have a great day lovely lady!
Would you ever consider a treadmill desk or an under desk walking pad? I would love to see something like that from you. How many steps per day do you typically average if you don't mind me asking?
A great suggestion. I don’t think I would get on with one. I like to do one thing at a time; work or exercise. Saying that, I can make videos about things I know I won’t enjoy….. but, my worry is having a piece of kit I don’t want at the end which would be a waste
@@LauraTryUK You might be able to contact a brand to get them to send you one for review. Also, when I'm walking at a slow pace on my treadmill while I'm on my laptop, I genuinely forget that I'm even walking at all sometimes! It's so natural! I hope you consider giving it a try sometime! Thank you for your reply. Jenny Xx
Do you think grounding has any benefits as I hope the neighbours are not looking if I stand on the grass. I don’t feel any different but is it possible to prove it?
It’s in my Video List for sure! It’s something I am really keen to explore and make a video on. And… who cares about the neighbours. You have to do what you want and it’s a healthy habits. They may be inspired by you ! 💫
I’m not much of a caffeine drinker, one green tea and some 85% chocolate a day. I think Huberman does a good podcast on caffeine: delayed for the first 90-120 mins of day and stop 6-8 hours before bed. Drink when needed/wanted, not too much,
I understand that they are just marketing, but what is essentially the difference in the actual lamp that makes it a daylight lamp and not a bright lamp as you said? In another hand shouldn’t we wear like sunglasses or close our eyes? Those 20cm are the recipe for eye problems long term. Thank you for your amazing video!
I believe it's the specifics of knowing the lux at the given distance. Some who suffer from SAD may require the real deal, while others may not care. No sunglasses required. Although I did not look directly into it, just used it to the side of me.
Come unto me, all ye that Labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light. Matthew 11:28-30
I have very sensitive eyes too - green in colour and struggle with bright lights, but weirdly found this ok. I don't look straight at it though, and have it just off to the side of me. My guess would be if you found it too strong, move it further away. Or just put the bright lights on in your house in the morning to wake the body up - daylight lamp not necessarily needed.
So I guess my video light would be enough. Since it's capable of generating 23k lux at 1m distance :D Have to try it, cause lately even morning coffee does not help.
wow, yes, I think that would do the trick 🤣 Double whammy - work light and daylight light. Winner! Have you tired the Huberman trick of delaying caffeine for the first 90-120 mins of the day? I don't drink coffee, but my friends tell me the trick works well.
@@LauraTryUK Tried Huberman trick, works to a degree. I guess Reasonableman trick would work better ... to sleep 2-3h longer :D. Problem with my video light is that it outputs 23k lux with a reflector and I got softbox attached there. And with softbox I got 2200 lux on my face (measured with light meter). It's really hard to reach there and change the modifier. Guess I'm gonna setup my other video light as daylight then :D.
check you with your might meter, wish I'd got one for my video. Well done for finding some solutions too. I like the idea of your 2-3 hours extra sleep trick 😆

I am going to try out a light based on this video and see how I get on next winter.
during winter i don't want to go outside because of the cold (and dark) weather, never got diagnosed with SAD but i get pretty sad during winters 😭
Agree with the other commenters, this is another great topic you've covered here.
I have a sunrise/sunset light that helps MASSIVELY in winter for waking up to mimicked sunlight. Really helps to start the day with energy. Also great to fall asleep with a light that turns off slowly on its own. Couldn’t recommend enough (I have a Lumie light)
I have a Lumie sunrise alarm light too. Which model do you have? I have the basic one.
I’ve really enjoyed using it.
I may make a video about it.
Me too. Wouldn’t be without mine in the winter, it makes getting out of bed so much easier. And then I get outside for 20 minutes every day as well.
I love love love how often Charlie appears in this video! Also, congratulations on your new digs straight across from Momma T! Yay for you both!!!
I finally bought a SAD lamp this winter and brought it to the office where it annoyed my coworkers. It helped me a lot, but not them. 😅
I really strive to get morning light as well, especially combined with movement. Nothing compares with nature, but during winter, every little bit helps! ❤
Keep up the great work, LT!!!
Isn't he great! And he just wanders in on the video as and when he likes.
The coworkers bit made me laugh so much!!!!
Well done you for taking it to work.
And I'm so pleased it helped.
Mine is going strong as we enter the winter here in the UK.
informative as always!
Brilliant review.
I use a 'Lumie' lamp which has a sunrise and sunset mode. It's fantastic for gently waking you up in the morning as the light slowly increases over 30 mins (before a set time). Sunset mode is the same, except in reverse. My number one purchase! I'd recommend it to anyone.
which model do you have?
I have the basic model - bought it last year and am enjoying using it.
I have had a SAD lamp for two winters now. Live on West Coast of Canada, so lots of rain. I take a lot of Vit. D as well. Feel much better!
This is great news that it’s helping, along with the vit D.
Laura, I've been watching your videos since you began! Really pleased you've managed to get on track with your own place etc - nice one!
Nice to see Charlie with you :)
This is interesting to read, thank you for adding it.
Laura I’m so happy the house you are renting is across the road from your mom! I was worried for a second 😅
oh thank you!
I am delighted. I have tried 3 other options now and none of them were suitable. Then this house came up. It was worth the wait.
I plan to do a House Tour video in a few months and show you guys around. I feel as though some have been on the journey with me 💖
Really surprised to hear that you have to watch the distance of the light from your body. Thank you for sharing :-)
I'm Icelandic and find big benefits in using a daylight lamp
Thanks for the video. I use a visor that has a lamp attached to it. It has helped me immensely.
No way! I didn’t even though that was a thing!
I wish YT could attach pictures!
Well done Laura. Very informative video post . I really like watching your posts. Thanks ❤️🙏🏽👏🏽
Thank you!
I really pleased you enjoy them.
Great seeing you back here Laura! ❤
I do a combination of a lamp, vitamin d, and light exercise during the winter months and it does make a huge difference in my mood. The lux of the box really does matter so do your research! I usually use it during breakfast or journaling time.
You are so sweet. Love the video. Have a bright sunny day.
Great to see your new upload, please do more :)
Congrats on the new place!
Thank yoooooou!!! Its lush! It feels great to be here.
During a 2 year Wintering contract in Antarctica, we'd use those lamps during the dark months (May-early August), worked a treat 😁
Great I've been considering such a lamp (or one of those daylight wakeup clock) this autumn but didn't pull through. Next autumn!
I use one when I first wake up in the morning in the winter... I turn it gradually to max (to avoid blinding myself, haha), and within a minute I go from feeling like a zombie to feeling totally awake. It's pretty cool!
Howdy from Texas! Come visit our lovely state and you will get more sun than you need! Keep up the good work!
I have learned so much from you, you should do a what i eat in a week video.
Such an interesting and helpful comment for others to read, thank you for taking the time to write it 🙏
And so great that the light has helped you so much!
Thank you for your comment, so I need't to worry to buy a cheaper lamp for 25 €... Thank you!
You should do something on Red light therapy for Raynauds
Also I do have a sinilar lamp bought from Lidl 10k lux from Sanitas.
Hi Laura, would you ever consider doing a segment on Red Light therapy? Thank you!
Hey, yes definitely! I have a red light therapy video planned at some point in the future 🚨
Do you use one?
😂😂. Take Care
Your right about nature, on bad days I use a sun bed just for 5 mins, the lamps are great also, if you get chance to use it due to the chaos of looking after children, prior to this I Used Ayahuasca and it’s after glow was over 18 months.
ok, ayahuasca is in a totally different realm to a daylight lamp 🤣
But at the same time I am envious, i would like to try.

From the age of 5 I've always sitting in a dark room with no sunlight going into a bedroom or looking out of a window
When I was fit I always preferred my night (10pm) walks than my morning walks,
Also when I was fit I am preferred early (3am) morning runs before the sun,
I feel much more comfortable in the dark than with the sun so I must be a vampire
A very interesting video.
Hi Laura. Great video as always. Is the ninja air fryer you use the AF300 or AF400? Thanks for the videos 😀
I have the AF300, good enough for me, and big enough if I have a guest.
Wouldn’t one of those red light therapy things do about the same thing and also help like with skin healing and rejuvenation and stuff?
Hi Laura, thank you for highlighting how to use the lamps, my doctor suggested I get one last year. But I don't think I used it properly? But now I do thanks to you. Can I also ask if the Vivobarefoot shoes suitable for hallux limitus? Its a painful condition that stops you bending your toes whilst walking. I've been suffering for a couple of years now. But nothing can cure it so I'm having to grin and bear it for now. Thanks in advance xx Julie
Hey Julie,
I'm pleased you found the video helpful, especially the bit about using the light in the correct way.
I am unsure about Viviobarefoot and hallux limitus. My recommendation would be to message them and ask as they have some foot health professionals who they work with.
Your infra red light will also do the same.
try the inverse: at night, block blue light by wearing orange glasses. it will change your sleep and your life.
At least with the 'super duper' ones (I say that but mean the ones that are medical devices) they state the distance so the user knows 'the dose'
I expect this is important if someone is actually using it for SAD, a medical condition that requires results.
I hope you consider giving it a try sometime! hi laura
can you make a video about a caffeine effect on our bodies and how can consume it in a good way?
I’m not much of a caffeine drinker, one green tea and some 85% chocolate a day.
I think Huberman does a good podcast on caffeine: delayed for the first 90-120 mins of day and stop 6-8 hours before bed. Drink when needed/wanted, not too much,
@@LauraTryUK thanks for your replying to my question even my english not very good😂😂 by the way hi from iraq😍i love your channel so much 🪻
Hello to Iraq from the UK 👋
I understand that they are just marketing, but what is essentially the difference in the actual lamp that makes it a daylight lamp and not a bright lamp as you said? In another hand shouldn’t we wear like sunglasses or close our eyes? Those 20cm are the recipe for eye problems long term. Thank you for your amazing video!
I believe it's the specifics of knowing the lux at the given distance.
Some who suffer from SAD may require the real deal, while others may not care.
No sunglasses required. Although I did not look directly into it, just used it to the side of me.
Huberman is a fan of red light. Have you tried the red light thing?
I have several red lights and plan to make a video about the benefits of red light in the future.
I have two. 😅😂
👍
Come unto me, all ye that Labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light. Matthew 11:28-30
My eyes are really sensitive😵💫 would I get the same benefits wearing sunnies whilst 20 cm away? 🤔x
Since it's capable of generating 23k lux at 1m distance :D
Have to try it, cause lately even morning coffee does not help.
wow, yes, I think that would do the trick 🤣
Double whammy - work light and daylight light.
@@LauraTryUK I wonder if your daylight is really 10000 lux. Mine 60W COB is 10k at ~50cm (with reflector). And it's so bright that I cannot stand it :D.
