Yes. My Dr told me not to run, don’t do much exercise. Now I see pregnant women in the gym doing jumping, weights, cycling, etc.. I feel that my Dr mislead me, but too late now. Not mislead, but not all patients are the same. I was already fit and I was young, so I think I would have been fine. It depends on the person. Anyway, maybe she did not know at the time and I didn’t either.

And i started having salads for lunch and oatmeal for breakfast. Also i got a job where Im walking 7 to 10k steps a day!

When I was 10, I was weighing 104 pounds. And I started gaining all that weight when I was 12 years old I went from weighing 145 all the way up to weighing 200. Then by the time I turned 14, I was already 210 pounds, then I went gaining weight and I weighed 298 by the age of 17. I was eating a lot of fried foods and I had heartburn and got sick. Then I lost weight for the first time and weighed 175 pounds. I was a skinny boy. But then when I turned 19, I started gaining weight all over again and I was getting bigger and bigger and I ate too much processed and fried foods again. Now I'm losing a little weight.

When I did this I was losing weight in a normal regular pace, in a healthy way which avoids a lot of saggy skin for really overweight people. Sadly I got sick and ate really bad ditching everything when it was Christmas break, so I gained back the weight which is why i'm trying to find motivation again. However it really did work when I actually stuck to it. Honestly I feel like the hardest part is having motivation, energy and sticking with it😔👌also I feel you on the family and friends part, nobody helps and my mom always buys delicious unhealthy snacks😥
