Hey there all you beautiful people how are you all today? Pretty straightforward scrap welder melt today and 11 more pieces to add to the stack. So sit back relax and enjoy . But most importantly have an awesome weekend
Still no isk tho -_- Icelandic Krona is isk and the currency in eve-online is also isk... happens that eve-online is an icelandic game and isk was a placeholder that never got changed x)
Another good melt Big D. I suffer from PTSD, so a lot of the time I suffer from stress, anxiety and depression.. I like to build a routine to some extent to feel comfortable and part of my "routine" is Friday evenings on TH-cam. Kurtis & Karen first, then Big D over west. This routine helps me much more than a lot of people will ever realise. Looking so forward to 2 weeks time when the 1K is finally breached! One question I need to ask.... Have you ever had to re-do a part of a video because somebody has walked into camera range and started talking to you?? Have a good weekend mate.
Thanks again buddy you’re the best👊🏻😁🍻. In a typical 40 minute video I probably do about five hours of footage I need to edit down but I can always edit out the voices or worry about that towards the end, I just need to make sure when I’m pouring the metal that there’s no noise but that’s not really a problem now that I’m out here . Every now and then my kids will come out onto the patio are you talking to the dogs but I just wait till I go back inside to keep filming👍🏻. Yes Kurtis and me chat regularly I talk to him on the phone every now and then but we always get sidetracked and talk for bloody ages so we try to keep it just text messages otherwise we would carry on all bloody day. He has a pallet full of awesome things he’s going to send me including a huge motor a shitload of cables brass valves and other bits and pieces👍🏻
I have a heap of alloy heads I need to cut up and send over as well. I keep forgetting to do it, and when I remember I'm not in a position to do it. One day! @@bigstackD
I think half the planets Friday routine revolves around Kurtis, Karen, Bigstack D, Homeless, Bullion and Ingot lol. This week I'm a day behind as there was a small matter of a football match which I had to watched in the pub.
Man... I think it's a big reason we are all here... but there is something so calming about the way you film and create the breakdown of things. Even though I can only imagine sometimes hours of sweat going into those and sledge hammers and grinders... yet you present it in a way that just calms my nerves and stress... Thank you for that and more!! You are definitely one of the channels I turn off my add blocker for, man!
Yes buddy any ads that are watched will definitely help me and I appreciate anyone that lets the ads play through. But I understand completely that people will insta skip as no one really wants to watch ads . A few of my subscribers will open up a playlist on their computer and let my playlist play over night or when they go shopping and that will allow the ads to play through and can make me a few extra cents and it definitely all adds up👌🏻😁
@@justiceblackwolf369keep an eye out for stuff on the street, you can often find some good stuff when you are driving about... old boilers, white goods. Some basic tools and you can do this
When you opened the sliding door to the shed and shown outside it was such a beautiful view. It’s always rewarding to have your own land and you wake up to some breath taking scenery from home itself.
Been watching your channel for a number of years now and I can always count on a new video up every week when I get home from work. I remember when you stole the screens from your house to melt.
Thank you @bigstackD for all the hard work and time you put into your videos. We your fans, all appreciate you. My favorite parts are seeing you pour the melts and the outcomes and also seeing your 2 handsome boys. ❤ Love and blessings to you and yours ❤
I have watched the last 40 or more videos in their entirety. I can't figure out the appeal. But, I also can't look away. I appreciate the very subtle humor you mix in.
I've enjoyed your videos for a few years now. I look forward to your various segments: find something to melt (and/or disassemble), melt, find/cook/eat something, melt some more, dogs (❤), cheers, weigh, post results. Very relaxing for us viewers, yet understanding all the work you put into the melting and video! Thank you!
I love that you're so consistent. Every week, without fail, you post the newest video. It's a joy to have something you love to watch show up on time every time!
Great video! It’s exciting seeing the goal so close 😬. The way those aluminium wires started melting was so damn satisfying. Thanks so much for another amazing video! I enjoy a lot every second, including them cute-ass boys ❤
Thank you BigstackD for sharing your world with the world!! We love it!! And we’re all so excited for you!! Happy and Safe Melting!! Ohhhh, shaking in my boots, you’re sooooo clooose!!! 💫🧡🔥🧡💫
Have a great evening mate. (Although it's almost night for you) and an awesome weekend. See you next week with another melt. This is hands down the best way to start the Friday 👌🏻
ev'ry episode i love more and more. was waiting.... and now i 'm sorry - unfortunately i was tooo late to watch it right in time....😢 but- maaaaany thx for broadcasting it👍👍👍
i hope next weeks melt is the slag and dust jars or the largest motor melt as that seems to me to be the most appropriet way to reach your goal. otherwise thanks mate for the years of entertainment and heres to another ton of melts to come.
Next week I’m planning on doing some beskar bars from some scrap metal that I found in a shed. That’s the plan at least for now and the week after will be the big 529 kg motor👌🏻😁
This man is doing more to further the recycling effort than anyone else. Almost nothing goes into the trash. Everything is either melted or put into the recycling bin.
Whew!!! Wild Turkey 101!!! That stuff is pretty stout and harsh. I haven't seen it like that with cola. I have seen the new Jack and Coca-Cola cans in the store.
I find the amount of faffage that goes into making some of these videos incredible, especially likes of individual unwrapping of bits and bobs like last week's plugs or uncoiling the transformator here. Pre-heating copper, interesting, nice solution. I did wonder weather those peeks within forge ever caused trouble guess there is my answer. Ah as always nice video there, i enjoy its specticle and heart.
Watching you unwrap that aluminum was pretty satisfying, but i felt bad for you cause that must've taken a while xD (Thanks for doing what you do and for the great videos ♥)
That was way more than i thought from it. I expected more steel than aluminium. I guessed the copper amount semi right but that aluminium content did shock me.
Do you know how many men want to live your life?...... Well I don't know how many, but I am certainly one of them. Awesome video, Big! And once again, hello from NW New Mexico, USA.
What I like the best is how all the metals are stacked up in that room thats built like an old vault room, very cool! And of course the short scenes with the 10mm sockets, hilarious always. 😅
Loving the channel and it has helped me sleep for a few years now. When I have troubles sleeping I will start a playlist and let it go all night. An absolute joy and peaceful night sleep.
Thank you for your videos. They're my favorite thing to watch. I get all comfy in my recliner on Friday night and watch the show and relax deeply. Probably the best treatment for my blood pressure.
Eep! Tiny crucible is back! 😁 I feel like you've been stringing us along with little melts when you're so close to the goal, but maybe I'm just impatient lol...but we're here for it either way!!
Dude....skin on the banana and the tangerine?? You're a barbarian! That aside, a shame there was so little copper in that welder. Still a nice classic bigD melt the day. I still envy you such glorious winter weather!
Never noticed the Maryland license plate in your shop before. Native Marylander, been watching your channel for years and still love catching your new episodes! Keep up the great work!

Can only imagine the buttery goodness of Jeb the Gardener providing occasional narration.
Actually, there's something I'd like to ask: not skipping the ads (except when they're like 20 minutes long) helps more with supporting the creator?
Yes buddy any ads that are watched will definitely help me and I appreciate anyone that lets the ads play through. sameee, cause i love to see how stuff works lol since i was a kid
Me too. I collect scrap from my job and break it down to sell (not melt lol). Never get particularly interesting stuff like this though.
