    I just did a 100HR review of the DK5310SE I have. Love these Kiotis! Great video

      I've been loving this tractor. Had a CS2520 before and it was nice little rig, but this DK is a beast. I'll have to watch your video. Thanks for stopping in!

    I bought a ck2610 se hst. I love my kioti. I had a few minor glitches in the beginning that my dealer took care of. The only complaint I have is I should have went with a couple of sizes bigger because of the lack of power but I was afraid of the emissions system. I love the cab. Nothing like heat and ac. I think you get more bang for the buck with kioti. I was John Deere all the way until I priced a new 50 hp cab tractor with no attachments that was $50,000. I got my kioti with the third function on the loader and a flail mower and forks fo $32,000.

      They are a great value for what a person gets. My biggest complaint is waiting on parts. Seems like it's always an ordering thing. I think they are all going that direction now though, so it is what it is. Thanks for stopping in and have fun with your ck!

    You're putting hours on yours faster than I am mine. I've got 50 hours since May. Once I start using the chipper more the hours will add up more quickly though.
    I'm curious to hear your opinion on your R14 tires after you use them in the snow. Your last machine had R4 tires, right? If I remember correctly, most people that have the R14's like them a lot, but I want to hear your opinion.
    The fogging of the windows I've started (after copying GP Outdoors suggestion) running the A/C when the windows start to fog, even with the thermostat set to the "red" or heat. It seems to work. Then after a few minutes, you can turn the A/C off, and once the windows themselves are warm, you won't have the fogging issue any longer. So, just run your A/C for 10 minutes or so when first warming the tractor up, even though you're setting it to heat. Hopefully I've described that well enough for you to understand what I'm trying to say.

      I've heard that AC tip before, I'll have to give it a go. My CS2520 had the R14 tires and I loved them in the snow. Will be interesting to see if that holds up on the DK as well. Having time to put hours on is a big part of putting hours on. I've had a week off for the last three months and spent a lot of those weeks in the tractor. Thanks for stopping in brother!

      Also, should be running AC intermittently in winter to keep compressor lubricated

      @@DonnieDarko727 I've been doing that to help with fogging. Good point on the lubrication.

    Ive had some luck turning on the a/c on setting it to the hot setting.
    A/C gets rid of the moist air same as in the summer. When the engine gets up to temp or the moisture is gone switch back to the heat without the a/c.

      Jesus, not really my area of expertise my friend. I bet it would run a square baler, but I don't do that kind of thing. I do work with trees, milling, and firewood. There may be someone who has videos of a Kioti DK doing some baling if you search for it. Sorry I can't help you out.

    Where you get your ballast box?

    • @timbervisions
      @timbervisions  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I bought from my dealer. It's nothing special when I bought it. I added the receiver after I bought it. There are some companies that make them that way as well. I bought this box when I bought my subcompact, so it's a little undersized. I'll probably have to upgrade here in the future to get a bit more weight out back. Hope this helps!
