Bought a used 2021 NX5010 last fall and it’s been really nice so far. Used it for snow removal, box blading, and manure removal this winter with no issues. Strong machine so far, will be doing pasture mowing this summer. Big plus are the R14 tires - no need for chains and the rut damage is less severe. Property has a lot of clay soil and was a total quagmire this winter with all the rain - never got stuck once.
I picked up a used Kioti RX7320 cab model with 131 hours at 20 months of age for less than $40k including a 7’ landscape rake. It has been a welcome addition to our 89 acres here in northern TN. Tim
I bought a JD 2038R in 2017. I liked the tractor but wanted a cab. I was going to buy a JD3039R until a friend suggested I check out Kioti. I ended up buying a Kioti CK4020SE HST. The Kioti has a lot more features, more lifting capacity and a wider stanch compared to the JD 3039R. The interior of the cab is significantly more roomy. Price was more than $10,000 less than the JD

I really like Kioti, looked at them a few times. My only issue is the dealer network. The closest one to me shut down and now the closest is about to 2 hrs away from me. Deere, CNH, kubota, and massey are all 25-35 min from me.
Was shopping for my first tractor, started with Kubota of course then found Kioti. Been in the US for 40 years, build their own tractors top to bottom, and for the price of a luxury Kioti with implements you can get a base Kubota with no add ons
I know I'm the only one in the whole wide world that problems like I do, but the first thing I look for in a tractor is where the top-link is connected to. On all L-Series Kubota's the top-link is hooked to back of transmission, so on my L3400 when it was heavy strain one time, my trans case crack, that a $3-5k complicated hard repair. On Kioti the top-link is on lift-housing so if that cracks it looks to me like a much cheaper easier repair. So when you look at tractors you should look at that, just in case you might be the 2nd guy in the whole wide world to crack a trans case on a heavy pull......
Recently purchased a CK3520SEH Cab, because it was a very attractive shade of orange. I'm kidding, the pretty orange was just a bonus. I was looking at the big three South Korean brands, Kioti, TYM and LS. It came down to dealer location and support, plus they had a very good deal when I was ready to buy. I'm very pleased with it, but I think any three of these brands would be a good choice both in quality aw well as economically. 🚜
I just traded a 1025R for TYM474hst ! Tough to compare but omg it’s a hoss! So much more capacity than a JD and way less money! I’ve got about 40 hours and it’s a beast
Really like all your tractor comparison videos. I think that the Kioti DK6020HSE Cab, would have been a closer comparison to the TYM T574C including price wise, both great tractors.
That big dial next to the cruise control is fwd/rev reaction time...not cruise control speed. Do you want to be able to change directions abruptly from fwd to rev when applying the opposite pedal or do you want a more gentle change in direction for less wear and tear on the hydrostat.
Still a lot of money! I will stick with my New Holland 1715(27? Hp) I bought for 6k, with 117 hrs. Included front end loader, discs, shredder, box blade, turning plow, and middle buster. Had it for 4 years now, 450 additional hours. Replaced the battery, and routine maintenance.
That’s a crazy good deal. I’ve looked at a lot of used tractors. For 6K probably doesn’t have tires or an engine. Beat up 90s models with issues are going around 10 K
I wounder how the come up with the lift capacity of the loader? I have farmed my whole life and I can tell you it takes alot more than a 4600 lb tractor to lift and carry 2700 lbs safely
That’s the base weight. That’s not what it weighs when you’re using it. Fluid in the tires, wheel, weights, and a rear ballast. My tractor has a list weight of 2500 pounds. The way I run it. It weighs 5500.
My personal opinion is KIOTI is coming on stronger than any other brand chasing the tails of KUBOTA and DEERE.The options you get for the money are very good.WARRANTY is awesome. And finally,i believe a tractor should be looked at as an investment,The Kioti may be a few grand more up front, but you'll get a lot better return in the back end than TYM or LS at trade in or resale.Im pro KUBOTA,but not foolish enough to believe KIOTI does not make a good machine.Stick to KIOTI.
I think you've compared so many tractors, the feature set of all of them are overwhelming your brain. I offer two corrections here, based upon my knowledge of my own LS MT357, which you showed earlier. Not trying to find fault it what you've done, just offering a hand. One of the PTO features you found under the cover was auto-PTO, where the PTO automatically stops on lifting the 3-point lift. You said this was similar to a feature on the LS tractor. I think you were mistaken on that. I'm confident that is a TYM feature, and NOT an LS feature. Also, one of the cruise control features you were describing the Kioti to have, that you seemed to be very impressed with, was a pretty good description of the engine speed control on the pillar of the LS MT357. On the LS it adjusts with Up/Down buttons, not a knob.
I was there about three weeks ago. I’m completely confident that LS is the one that has the feature that stops the PTO when you lift the three-point. We had long conversation about having the extra technology. The TYM is very basic
I was eyeing the CK2610 cab in 2017 but went with the Kubota BX23S for the backhoe. Traded it in on the CK2620se cab June of 23. Kubota makes a fine machine, but $29k for an L2502 is absurd. I was quoted just shy of 40k for the new LX3520SU cab. No suspension seat. The Other Orange is flirting with Greene prices, so Im gone. No issues with my Kioti.
Right after recording this video, I went over and recorded one at the Kubota booth For this Tractor comparable to the one I just showed you’re looking at $3000 more than John Deere 20,000 more than Kioti and 28,000 more than TYM And it doesn’t lift as much weight or have as many features Kubota is popular because of their reputation for durability but the pricing is absurd
Two gentlemen from Kubota Tractors left Kubota and started there own Tractor company, Had an agreement with Kubota to change the paint a shade different then the Kubota
I’ve heard a lot of people say that. I’m also pretty confident that it isn’t true. You’re talking about a Korean company and a Japanese company and the tractors today are not copies of each other
Does the Kioti require you stop and wait for regen? While that New Holland 55 Workmaster is speaking to me, the tractor that keeps working during regen cycles would win ANY contest. That LS MT357 is actually winning so far in my little mind...
"Definitely has a lot more technology on it than I was expecting!" 🤣 This is where the "professional" farmer walks away and look for something more simplistic that he can service himself that isn't going to nickel and dime his business to death with electrical issues 🤨🤑
Has I commented on the last vidéo, take a look at the Kubota Grand L series It has similare features with the Kioti you looked at. But I guess it's more expensive.
Right after this, I went to the Kubota booth and recorded. They didn’t have the exact Tractor you are talking about, but I did pull numbers on it after reviewing the Tractor they did have That grand L is 20,000 more than the Kioti and 28,000 more than the TYM
@@RockhillfarmYT Kubota make great tractors but I think they are over priced compared to the competition. I have a Grand L (2008) with 4000 hours on it and I wouldn't let it go for anything. It's a great machine but I don't think I could aford a new one today.
Between kioti and the dealership I purchased my CK3510SE from, Manchester Motors in Manchester Maine, has been to most horrible purchasing experience I have have had. Just an absolutely horrible dealership selling a cheaply made tractor compared to my JD790.
Kioti has the best HP to price of any tractor out there. Their warranties surpass John Deere and CaseHI by miles. Their diesel engines are made by one of the best companies in the world. This is just my OP{NION, but my family has been farming since the eighteen hundreds and have run EVERYTHING ever made for millions of hours. In todays world, the only other small tractor out there that even holds a candle to Kioti is MF. You can't go wrong with either one of them.
I appreciate you sharing your experience. It all sounds like good information except the first sentence is not true. You’re going to pay about $8000 less for a TYM tractor with the same horsepower. I’m running the TYM 574 currently. More lift capacity for a lot less money.
I have a bobcat which is a kioti ,I love it , I would get the cheapest one and one with 2 hydrostatic petals , I wish I bought a cheaper one and got more for my buck, but this is just my thoughts they all are good
Other thoughts that I just had while taking a shower, I would make sure I had a third function because I added mine remotes on the back extendable, three-point arms, external lifting thing for the three-point arms, my bucket control, not way out in front of me like on Kabota I like it close Good lifting weight I think everything else I could live without but those are the things that I would want on my tractor if I got a new one mine does not have most things but I bought mine because of the two petals and the sales person that's why I went with Bobcat because I like the salesman and they're real nice to me way better than the coyote dealer a mile down the road
I would be interested in hearing your reasons why… Right after recording this, I went to the Kubota booth and recorded a video about the comparable model. It was $20,000 more and it’s a much less capable machine in terms of lifting. I have trouble spending that much extra on a machine that can’t do the same work. Kioti has been making equipment since 1947 and sold their first tractor in the US in 1986. What don’t you like about them? The only thing Kubota has going for them is their name. And I do acknowledge the name is synonymous with dependability. I also talked to a lot of Tractor owners and very few people ever complain about a Kioti
Based on what? They’ve been making machinery since 1947 and sold their first tractor in the US in 1986. Gigantic global corporation that makes lawnmowers and side-by-side and skid steers. Very similar to Kubota all of their engineering is done in house. They built everything from the axles to the engine to the transmission for their own machines, which is rare.
Hope you own one!! I personally owned Kabuta mx 5400 lx 3310 also Z zero turn farming for 10 years send me a free kiota mybe I'll change my mind plus I'm in Canada !! Plus as of 2024 only 81dealers in all of Canada!!
@@corycanada97 i’m not sponsored by kioti and I don’t have any relationship with kioti I try to be fair and balanced Also, my full-time job is talking about tractors. I’ve talked to 100s and hundreds of kioti tractor owners and they love their tractors.
@@RockhillfarmYT All good I just barely see them here as we have over 300 john deere dealers and almost 200 kabuta just baffles me there aren't more out there if there less expensive. Great reviews am following obviously.
Its sad, time and again, I hear " Pick a dealer that you can trust ". Im from the " how about a piece of equipment that does not require a dealer relationship to own !? " Something I can pull service on and just use... ? You'd likely not be surprised I buy Kubotas new... buy it and forget it. Not crapping on any other brand, but the concept of going into something you know is going to be a problem, so pick a good dealer, no thanks.
I went straight from that booth to the Kubota booth and priced a similar model. You’re looking at $25,000 more for a machine with less capability and less features So you could buy this tractor and a side-by-side and take your family on vacation. And still have some money left over for any repairs you need And be able to pick up the log you want. I’ve talked to a ton of kioti owners, and they all love their machines
The vast majority of people will never need the dealer for serious repairs but anybody can turn out a turd. I've seen larger operations choose their equipment based on the local dealers and their relationships with them. I've been looking for a couple weeks now and I've driven a couple of kiotis, rx7320 and a 50 hp ns, I think it was. On Friday I tested a yanmar yt359 and absolutely loved it! Impeccable build quality and simply a wonderful tractor but I doubt that I pursue it.... Why? Because I didn't care for the dealer and the next closest dealer is an hour and a half further away. Being a yanmar it's likely going to be an extremely good machine but you never know...
@@danielrobey1759 Yes, Ive lived that experience of the dealer relationship, I ran a small structural demolition company, a decade ago, we had a fleet of bobcat loaders for cleanup work. 12 machines, mostly abused, but not neglected. Our selling/servicing bobcat dealer could not keep half the fleet up and running on any given day. I thought at the time, we had more of a "not suitable tool" problem, more than a dealer relationship/competence problem. The owner did not want to embrace the solution ( finding durable loaders than worked more than not, likely a brand change ) so the band played on, and we ran with mostly broken units most of the time, and spent a fortune trying to fix garbage. My point to you're reply, I've seen the worst case scenario of running on a "dealer relationship ". Might also explain, my approach to equipment, buy stuff that only needs repairs when you physically break it, not because if fails due to engineering shortcomings, or dare I say built in obsolescence. BTW, I owned a Deere 970 Compact ( Yanmar tractor ) Loved that tractor, it needed nothing while I owned it ( 10yrs ), and always performed flawlessly.
Well, I guess we are even. On my drive home I was thinking I should’ve tried harder to talk to you longer. I enjoy meeting subscribers. You definitely didn’t interrupt me. If anything that I was talking to, might have been impressed that someone knew who I was.
@RockhillfarmYT I just took it as you being a bit on the shy side. Big difference between talking to a camera and talking to someone in person. This coming from someone who spent most of their life as an introvert!!
@@RockhillfarmYT It's not that I do not like them it's just a tractor is designed to work hard and to be out in all kinds of weather conditions. Rain, wind. snow, sleet, and there are not. I think of them and plastic the same way as not being part of a tractor construction, which is just part of the reason I went with the Branson and Kukje engines.
Makes perfect sense to me. That and the price is why I’m looking at TYM so much. There’s something to like about all the brands, but I’m leaning TYM right now. Whether that’s the legacy Branson models or the TYM. they are just simple.
We don’t need technology on our tractors, trucks are bad enough I want reliability and less CRAP to break keeping me from getting the WORK DONE. Anyone that wants tech on their purchases does not work on their own stuff. People are going to feel a little stupid when they go to sell these tractors 10-20 yrs down the line and all the stupid buttons are broken.
DO NOT BUY ANY KUBOTA PRODUCT I BOUGHT A NEW KUBOTA LX 4020 TRACTOR TO USE FOR A SNOW REMOVAL BUSINESS IN BRIAN HEAD, UT. I HAD TO PURCHASE FROM A DEALERSHIP IN COLORADO AS IT WAS THE ONLY KUBOTA DEALERSHIP WITHIN A 1000 MILE SEARCH TO HAVE THE TRACTOR I NEEDED FOR THE PURPOSE INTENDED. The Dealership, Wickham Tractor in Fort Collins, CO sold me the tractor and added Howes diesel treatment to the tank as well as selling me the remainder of the bottle to use to prevent the fuel from jelling. I Used as per specs. Tractor was purchased on 11/21/23 and I picked it up and transported it back to UT. Tractor was in operation for 17.2 hours before it would not start. Local Kubota dealerships said they would not come out to try to fix it as we did not buy it from them. Took it to Las Vegas, NV, as they were closest Kubota dealership, dropped off on 1/8/24 at 730 am. Kubota dealership said the fuel smelled funny so it wasn't covered under warranty and said $12000.00 plus to fix. The DPF was completely clogged and the only codes were low temp MAF sensor and no communication with EGR. Western area rep said there was no fuel to test because I drained it. This is a Lie. Had more than 6 gallons of fuel in it when i dropped it off. I have all the emails and correspondences and text messages, proving they denied coverage for adding a fuel additive. Sergio at Kubota customer service said, “When I put fuel in the tractor it voided warranty.” Apco, the Kubota dealership in Las Vegas, sent out the injectors for testing they came back as bad due to fuel contamination on 1/23/24. Kubota persisted in their point of me putting bad fuel in the Tractor. When I called the tester, I pressed about the fuel contamination. The person who did the test, said it was visible metal in the injectors that most likely came from the high pressure fuel pump. There was no metal in the fuel tank, fuel filter or fuel water separator. The dealership i bought the tractor from said they were the only ones that could help me at this point due to Kubota policy. Eddie at Wickham tractor told me I needed to bring the tractor back to them, 1367 miles round trip. and they would sell me a new one because I had broken this one. And would see about trying to fix the one I had already bought for a discount. I transported the tractor back to Greely, CO to Wickham on 1/18/24 they tested the fuel that was still in the filters and it came back as fine 2/8/24 so they were going to replace the entire engine. This could take between 3 to 9 months. My warranty coverage says all warranty work to be completed within 30 days. On 2/28/24 I found out there was internal Kubota Service Bulletin that came out to all the dealers the week before I bought the tractor stating the very problems my tractor was having. They knew this, and still denied coverage, and finally, when I presented this fraud to Kubota, on 3/7/24 Wickham tractor said they were going to replace the tractor with a new one, but wouldn't give me a timeline of when I would get a new one and I would have the expense of picking it up from them verses a local dealership. These delays have cost me my business and reputation to move snow I had to pay out my competitors and cancel and refund all my contracts. A service bulletin for this tractor was issued before I bought it stating this very problem. and it was to be fixed at Kubotas expense. They knew the problem existed, they tried to blame it on me for adding fuel supplement, they tried to coerce me into buying a new tractor on top of the broken one so i didn't lose my business. they refused to cover the cost of repair until i proved their fraud, and intent by pushing the narrative and then changing and deleting emails. I have all emails and correspondence showing the timeline, the fraud and intent.

I was looking at the big three South Korean brands, Kioti, TYM and LS. It came down to dealer location and support, plus they had a very good deal when I was ready to buy. I'm very pleased with it, but I think any three of these brands would be a good choice both in quality aw well as economically. 🚜
I have had my ns 4710 for 2 years and love it.
I have an NS4710 also and it’s a workhorse.
Hi brock thanks for sharing the video one thing you need to look at is auxiliary hydraulic oil flow the more the better
First of all looking with your 56 lbs missing. Congrats on that. Kind of wish I could have compared one of those and JD when I bought mine.
I just traded a 1025R for TYM474hst ! Tough to compare but omg it’s a hoss! So much more capacity than a JD and way less money! I’ve got about 40 hours and it’s a beast
Awesome upgrade
Great video, thoroughly enjoyed it, thank you.
Art from Ohio
Brock, thanks for the comparison. I'm in the market for a littler "25hp" range and kioti is up on my list
Get the c k 2620 you love it
@@javiertorres7460 I think they make a quality tractor
Really like all your tractor comparison videos. I think that the Kioti DK6020HSE Cab, would have been a closer comparison to the TYM T574C including price wise, both great tractors.
Thanks
That big dial next to the cruise control is fwd/rev reaction time...not cruise control speed.
Do you want to be able to change directions abruptly from fwd to rev when applying the opposite pedal or do you want a more gentle change in direction for less wear and tear on the hydrostat.
Thanks for the information.
The + / - switch allows you to dial in the cruise control speed like you were talking about though...its just a bit more finicky is all.
Great video Brock. I love my Kioti.
LS tractors are nice. Seem to have the highest flow rates.
The tractor is built in Raleigh NC.😊
The Kioti has a lot of great features, but I think I still prefer the TYM for it's simplicity.
Simplicity and price. I’m a big fan
Hey Brock... the NX has been all but discontinued. Problems with the hydrostatic transmission and relay parts.
Thank you Brock from Doss farms
I love my Kioti DK4710SE.
Right after recording this video, I went over and recorded one at the Kubota booth
For this Tractor comparable to the one I just showed you’re looking at $3000 more than John Deere 20,000 more than Kioti and 28,000 more than TYM
And it doesn’t lift as much weight or have as many features
Kubota is popular because of their reputation for durability but the pricing is absurd
Two gentlemen from Kubota Tractors left Kubota and started there own Tractor company,
Had an agreement with Kubota to change the paint a shade different then the Kubota
I’ve heard a lot of people say that. I’m also pretty confident that it isn’t true.
You’re talking about a Korean company and a Japanese company and the tractors today are not copies of each other
Look at a nx or ns series of KIOTI they seem the right size for you
I love my CK 26/20 se cab.
Preach
I like that nx tractor I have jd but if I was buying a new tractor now I would get the nx
Does the Kioti require you stop and wait for regen? While that New Holland 55 Workmaster is speaking to me, the tractor that keeps working during regen cycles would win ANY contest. That LS MT357 is actually winning so far in my little mind...
It does not
Boy, it would be great to see what you could do on your property with a 50hp tractor!
It’s going to happen
"Definitely has a lot more technology on it than I was expecting!" 🤣
This is where the "professional" farmer walks away and look for something more simplistic that he can service himself that isn't going to nickel and dime his business to death with electrical issues 🤨🤑
Has I commented on the last vidéo, take a look at the Kubota Grand L series
It has similare features with the Kioti you looked at.
But I guess it's more expensive.
Right after this, I went to the Kubota booth and recorded. They didn’t have the exact Tractor you are talking about, but I did pull numbers on it after reviewing the Tractor they did have
That grand L is 20,000 more than the Kioti and 28,000 more than the TYM
@@RockhillfarmYT Kubota make great tractors but I think they are over priced compared to the competition.
I have a Grand L (2008) with 4000 hours on it and I wouldn't let it go for anything.
It's a great machine but I don't think I could aford a new one today.
interesting Brock ty
my number one complaint with Kioti is how jerky the hydrolics are
Between kioti and the dealership I purchased my CK3510SE from, Manchester Motors in Manchester Maine, has been to most horrible purchasing experience I have have had. Just an absolutely horrible dealership selling a cheaply made tractor compared to my JD790.
Great video today God bless
Thanks
Wish I had bought kioti instead of deere!
Come drive mine when you get back.
I’m back and I’ve got videos stacked ahead.
Shoot me a message when you got free time. today or next week or whenever
I’ll keep my 2014 Dk40se hst. That fuel tank is in a terrible place. That will get wiped out sooner or later.
I don’t understand. Why does TYM market through all these different brands? Just make a TYM.
Morning
I'd stay with Kubota.
I would be interested in hearing your reasons why…
Right after recording this, I went to the Kubota booth and recorded a video about the comparable model.
@@RockhillfarmYT Which 2 models are you comparing for a $20,000 difference?
Be looking at a cab
❤
Guaranteed no dealer support in 5 years or parts!! Pay a little extra for Kabuta or deere!!!
@@RockhillfarmYT easy they sound like a sponsor to you!!
Hope you own one!! I personally owned Kabuta mx 5400 lx 3310 also Z zero turn farming for 10 years send me a free kiota mybe I'll change my mind plus I'm in Canada !! Plus as of 2024 only 81dealers in all of Canada!!
@@corycanada97 i’m not sponsored by kioti and I don’t have any relationship with kioti
I try to be fair and balanced
Also, my full-time job is talking about tractors.
You’re looking at $25,000 more for a machine with less capability and less features
So you could buy this tractor and a side-by-side and take your family on vacation. And still have some money left over for any repairs you need
And be able to pick up the log you want.
It was nice meeting you yesterday, Brock. Looking back, I want to apologize for interrupting you. That was rude of me.
@rickvanskike669 I’ve been an extreme introvert my whole life. Like wouldn’t go in a store if I could avoid it.
I’ve mostly gotten over that now
Ain’t nothing wrong with that. Most people suck these days. Social isolation can be a very good thing
To much electronics
If you don’t like electronics TYM is the clear choice
In that case, the only new Tractor you should be interested in is TYM
Also, nothing wrong with just sticking to older machines
Sounds like my 30yr old BELARUS, bought new. Never, and l mean never failed to start in 30yrs, my poor JD F935, can't say the same🤕
If you want a copy of a Kubota you buy one 😁
Because it’s orange?
Still looking for my 1st compact it'll have to be after this idiot administration is out of office 👍
DO NOT BUY ANY KUBOTA PRODUCT
I BOUGHT A NEW KUBOTA LX 4020 TRACTOR TO USE FOR A SNOW REMOVAL BUSINESS
IN BRIAN HEAD, UT. I HAD TO PURCHASE FROM A DEALERSHIP IN COLORADO AS IT WAS
THE ONLY KUBOTA DEALERSHIP WITHIN A 1000 MILE SEARCH TO HAVE THE TRACTOR I
NEEDED FOR THE PURPOSE INTENDED. The Dealership, Wickham Tractor in Fort Collins, CO
sold me the tractor and added Howes diesel treatment to the tank as well as selling me the
remainder of the bottle to use to prevent the fuel from jelling. I Used as per specs. Tractor was
purchased on 11/21/23 and I picked it up and transported it back to UT. Tractor was in
operation for 17.2 hours before it would not start. Local Kubota dealerships said they would
not come out to try to fix it as we did not buy it from them. Took it to Las Vegas, NV, as they
were closest Kubota dealership, dropped off on 1/8/24 at 730 am. Kubota dealership said the
fuel smelled funny so it wasn't covered under warranty and said $12000.00 plus to fix. The DPF
was completely clogged and the only codes were low temp MAF sensor and no
communication with EGR. Western area rep said there was no fuel to test because I drained it.
This is a Lie. Had more than 6 gallons of fuel in it when i dropped it off. I have all the emails and
correspondences and text messages, proving they denied coverage for adding a fuel additive.
Sergio at Kubota customer service said, “When I put fuel in the tractor it voided warranty.”
Apco, the Kubota dealership in Las Vegas, sent out the injectors for testing they came back as
bad due to fuel contamination on 1/23/24. Kubota persisted in their point of me putting bad
fuel in the Tractor. When I called the tester, I pressed about the fuel contamination. The person
who did the test, said it was visible metal in the injectors that most likely came from the high
pressure fuel pump. There was no metal in the fuel tank, fuel filter or fuel water separator. The
dealership i bought the tractor from said they were the only ones that could help me at this
point due to Kubota policy. Eddie at Wickham tractor told me I needed to bring the tractor
back to them, 1367 miles round trip. and they would sell me a new one because I had broken
this one. And would see about trying to fix the one I had already bought for a discount. I
transported the tractor back to Greely, CO to Wickham on 1/18/24 they tested the fuel that was
still in the filters and it came back as fine 2/8/24 so they were going to replace the entire
engine. This could take between 3 to 9 months. My warranty coverage says all warranty work
to be completed within 30 days. On 2/28/24 I found out there was internal Kubota Service
Bulletin that came out to all the dealers the week before I bought the tractor stating the very
problems my tractor was having. They knew this, and still denied coverage, and finally, when I
presented this fraud to Kubota, on 3/7/24 Wickham tractor said they were going to replace the
tractor with a new one, but wouldn't give me a timeline of when I would get a new one and I
would have the expense of picking it up from them verses a local dealership. These delays
have cost me my business and reputation to move snow I had to pay out my competitors and
cancel and refund all my contracts. A service bulletin for this tractor was issued before I
bought it stating this very problem. and it was to be fixed at Kubotas expense. They knew the
problem existed, they tried to blame it on me for adding fuel supplement, they tried to coerce
me into buying a new tractor on top of the broken one so i didn't lose my business. they
refused to cover the cost of repair until i proved their fraud, and intent by pushing the narrative
and then changing and deleting emails. I have all emails and correspondence showing the
timeline, the fraud and intent.
