And this scam is not fully explained. The TLDR version is: if you have Apple Pay on your phone or wear an Apple iWatch *be very careful* or turn off the means to transfer funds electronically from those devices. Modern technology makes it very easy and convenient for us to move our money… It also makes it very easy for criminals to take it from us!! Beware !!
To be fair the Canary Islands are a lot safer than resorts like Benidorm which have all the problems of a heavily built up area with a lot of crime, muggings, drunken violence etc. You’re much safer in the Canary Islands, towns which aren’t too big and fewer social problems.

@@ScotsmaninTenerife you must love the colour😂
Is Tenerife normally that busy or have people flown in for the world cup to watch in the sun
Always busy nov
I was there last week or so and it was busy
The actual report about the scam starts at 5:00.
Beware !!
Just prize the circle clip up the band comes off easily
You've not described the scam, all you've said is be wary about google/Apple Pay.....whats the scam?
if someone keeps swiping your watch until your account runs out of money.
@@ScotsmaninTenerife Not unlike someone swiping a debit/credit card repeatedly......let someone do that you kinda deserve it IMHO.
Can you tell me is the lift working
To be fair the Canary Islands are a lot safer than resorts like Benidorm which have all the problems of a heavily built up area with a lot of crime, muggings, drunken violence etc. You’re much safer in the Canary Islands, towns which aren’t too big and fewer social problems.
Not into Technology THANK GOD. what if you lose your phone, or Watch " NACKERD
How does this work ?, you have to authorise the Apple Pay payment by using your face I.d or putting in your passcode
They have prob seen his pass code earlier doing a small payment
@@ScotsmaninTenerife makes sense … was thinking of visiting in September I’ll stick to cash 👌🏼

Stopped watching them after the fallout with the macmaster
@@malc2121 I unsubscribed from them too. I like to stick with the real vlogging community on Tenerife.
@@MartinHayesUK not sure why they fell out, but the Mac did try and patch things up this summer when going to the cocktail bar.
