@moronbrothersKY I sure hope you boy's are still doing well, love the boat it's fantastic and then some, the wife and I had a 15 ft jon boat and we were on the withlacoochee river at least 5 days a week, camping, fishing, swimming, finding arrowheads, catching turtles, and just plain having fun, it is totally stress free and I highly recommend it to folks out there in need of an escape from this new reality, God bless you boy's and thank you.

Yeah! I love these Guys. My Kids tried to have me committed the first time I hung a broken couch in a tree and used it as a swing. But I just smiled and said come on board try it before you bash it. It don't snow much in Texas , so when it did I hitched up a truck hood to my tractor and drug the kids around the place for hours, at least until my wife came back from town. Yep I build equipment for the semiconductor industry but my roots are firmly planted in the souls of the Moron Brothers. Making do with what God gives you.
Why I find these boats and lifestyles amazing I don't know....I would live like this if I didn't have damn winter here inCanada... Ihave my guitar...that's allI would bring.
Love it . I made me a raft with scrap lumber and 4 old 55 gallon drums to go fishing on the old farm pond. Had many good days with brothers and a cousin for a few summers.

I live on the Warrior River in Walker County Alabama and would like to say I love this. To me, it is the most beautiful, and peaceful place there is. Brings a new meaning to the beauty of nature, and how amazing this Earth really is.
I got that warrior river water flowin in my veins i been a lot of places but its the only place i ever loved my kids know when i go to put me in my old truck and roll me off the bluff

This reminds me so much of my grandpa. A lot of his family grew up on houseboats. We got a bayou cabin made from an old camper with a shanty shack built onto it that we stay in and we go out runnin' lines and nets in the river for some good ole flathead catfish and we always gotta stop and have us a bologna sandwhich and coffee strong enough to peel the paint off the walls. My grandpa's accent is just the same too. River rat life is a good life
You're right this was so relaxing to watch and listen to.. I wish I could build me a shanty boat.. and live on it. You want a change of scenery? Just untie it and float somewhere else. Love it! God bless
