@moronbrothersKY I sure hope you boy's are still doing well, love the boat it's fantastic and then some, the wife and I had a 15 ft jon boat and we were on the withlacoochee river at least 5 days a week, camping, fishing, swimming, finding arrowheads, catching turtles, and just plain having fun, it is totally stress free and I highly recommend it to folks out there in need of an escape from this new reality, God bless you boy's and thank you.
Guys you ain't kidding about living on a shanty boat. A friend of mine had one on Perdido river between AL. & FL. line, had some awesome times & great memories that last a lifetime!!!

My son and daughter live on the banks of the Ohio in Ashland Kentucky. My retirement is coming up and I have been trying to find a home and property up there .I am currently a county employ in Harris county on the outskirts of Houston Texas but I want to retire up near my kids and grandbabies. I like the set up you all have and I am now thinking the same way to spend my retirement. Thank you boys for the inspiration .I hope to meet you all someday thank you and god bless you all.

This reminds me so much of my grandpa. A lot of his family grew up on houseboats. We got a bayou cabin made from an old camper with a shanty shack built onto it that we stay in and we go out runnin' lines and nets in the river for some good ole flathead catfish and we always gotta stop and have us a bologna sandwhich and coffee strong enough to peel the paint off the walls. My grandpa's accent is just the same too. River rat life is a good life

I have worked as a farmhand as a kid and as a foundry worker and spent 25 years as a police officer for Houston Tx. I have met all kinds of interesting, and wonderful people in my lifetime, so far.

Love you guys Just subscribed My mother grew up dirt poor in the country and my best memories are with her family - butchering hogs, eating fried squirrel, roaming the farm with my 22 and spending time with the person who loved me the most - my grandma Alas I grew up more citified than I like to admit so you guys bring back a lot of the good feelings. Yeah! I love these Guys. My Kids tried to have me committed the first time I hung a broken couch in a tree and used it as a swing. But I just smiled and said come on board try it before you bash it. It don't snow much in Texas , so when it did I hitched up a truck hood to my tractor and drug the kids around the place for hours, at least until my wife came back from town. Yep I build equipment for the semiconductor industry but my roots are firmly planted in the souls of the Moron Brothers. Making do with what God gives you.
This life isn't for everyone but these gentlemen are living proof that God provides exactly what you need to be happy. You just have to be open to receive it. They ARE living their best life ever!
