    Be wary of purchasing one of their griddles!
    Mine was defective right out the box and took them over a month to ship me the part that was needed. Communication with the Customer Service Team was atrocious. Never once did I receive a proactive update on the status of the needed part. They also lied to me about the time of shipping, told me it was ship out one day and turns out it was shipped out the following week therefore invalidating the original ETA. Horrible experience so far with this company and I haven't even been able to season my griddle yet. Some of the most unprofessional service I have ever been on the receiving end of.

    lots of good ideas and this cooker looks good. but heard nothing but bad things. should have tested this brand out more before putting your name on this Matt.

    Regret buying this, have been trying to get in touch with costumer service but can’t get a response. Too expensive to come with problems in the getgo.

      Any updates on your issues? This is the highest rated griddle on consumer reports so was considering it. But bad customer service, or lack of any service, is an issue.
