I mean you can get 450hp off just a supercharger, fuel pump(takes 10min) and injectors.. and with 4.10s/3.73s you'll wipe the floor with most domestic vehicles pre-2015. And they're reliable at those numbers, the bottom end is good to 500, is say 550ish with a new set of bearings on install and a billet timing chain tensioner/guide you can consider a complete rebuild/swap. Way easier to bolt on a supercharger than rip out the whole motor/trans and get an ecu dialed in.
@@Jim_Lawrence I wouldn’t put an LS in a mustang just as much as I wouldn’t put a Coyote into a Challenger. Don’t put the V8 of an American car into an American car from a different brand. Suppose you want to give a foreign car an American V8? Go crazy. Use an LS, Coyote, Hemi, whatever you want. Just don’t put a Hemi or LS into a Ford because they already have good V8s.
@@commonmockery1074 personally I see it as hot rodding, and exercising your rights. We still have those right? Anyways, I will say I wouldn't do it, and it puts a bad taste in my mouth when I see it done. That being said, I think it would be funny to put a BBF in a Viper, and a Coyote in a 'Vette.

Not every one has a right Lengel gage to make a engine stand.
If that's your hang up, you weren't going to make one anyways. Many ways to find that angle, and a level will work otherwise...

Otherwise, you're looking at completely building the motor.
