Hello Mam I have seen your almost many Yoga poses Videos. Here in..... India Yoga poses are not as beneficial as प्राणायाम(Pranayama) practice Baba Ramdev says Pranayama benefits more than any Yoga pose........

Thanks for guiding us! Is it better not to try headstands if you have a "nerd neck"? Do you have lessons for this common issue?
Headstands can be safe as long as you are supporting in shoulders. But if your doctor says no weight bearing on your head, then it’s best to avoid.
