Thier support is top teir, that isn't the problem. It's more the issues the bikes having.

Man did i have overheating issues on that bike....my situation was a bit different since i wasnt tracking the bike but on hot days it was constantly over heating easily getting to 250 degrees on the temp. This was happening alot in stopped traffic had to pull over and turn the bike off dash was blinking Hi. Ducati stated that they couldnt find anything wrong with the bike. The minute i installed full arrow titanium system and heat shield it stopped happening. Still love that bike though the handling was sweet.

Service intervals/costs on high performance Ducatis is something that doesn’t come up too much (on whatever channel) which kind of surprises me? Unfortunately all manufacturers these days don’t want you to wield a spanner or modify their bikes in any way without invalidating the warranty, the longer warranties now being offered are very much a double edged sword in that sense 🇬🇧

It always amazes me how so few people actually read or understand the terms of their warranty...and then drag the dealer/oe manufacturer through the mud on 'social media' because the dealer denies warranty on a patently modified vehicle which is a clear no-no as stipulated in the 'Terms of Warranty'.

Bill thanks for sharing. I will said that for starters avoid the BrenTunnin flash as it will not surprise me if it has something to do with the degradation of your valves so quickly as I have my set of weird experiences with the BT files. Please share how UpMap and Arrow do for your your ride now.
    Different question:
Why you have to blurry the Ducati banners on your video? Is that a copyright thing?

Wait what, why is Desmo at 5500 miles ? Is that because you're tracking it?

Did you have any problem with the slip on Arrow exhaust and the upmap..??

Something that people overlook is a worn clutch will cause overheating, seeing as you race your bike I would go to that. The clutch will slip just a touch and you may not even feel that, but the repeated slipping as you hammer through the gears will cause the oil to heat rapidly. So the cooling system is working overtime to cool an engine that’s trying to give 100% while racing, and an oil system that’s running hot. I have seen this many times especially with the dirtbikes as the riders intentionally slip the clutch, and the bikes will overheat during the race. They stop slipping it and let the oil cool and the bike stops overheating. Ah the wonders of a wet clutch system😊

Ducatis are great bikes with a lot of issues down the road. Maintenance is costly that’s why it’s a love and hate relationship with Ducatis. I prefer BMW, Suzuki or Yamaha over it due to all the above reasons

I just hit 3,000 miles on my V2 Panigale and Just started having this issue, its been getting hotter and hotter, and the other day it went from 220f to 270f in about 60 seconds with the high temp light coming on while going 55mph on the highway......

My 2023 Ducati Diavel V4 started over heating at 4,000 miles completely stock. Im getting a generic error 5. The electric cooling fans stopped working. I take it down to A and S in Roseville on July 7th to see if they can fix. It over heats just idling for 10 minutes from a cold start when it is 80 degrees F. I shut It off at 230 degrees. The electric fans used to turn on at 210 degrees F. Im up in Colfax CA and bought the bike from Randy.😅 In March 2023.

I got the same problems... But only when its really hot... When the tempature is above 28 degrees, it's heat up like crazy... 110 a 120 degrees. My bike is stone stock... Pure track bike... When I come in I use a blower, to keep the tempature down... And it helps. But like I said, below 28 degrees, I dont got any problems, the bike heats up between 90 and 100 degrees. Grts from Belgium!

  • @ronr6605

Well it's a Panigale w a big V2, they don't like it being hot outside, not just on the track... having to be lean due to emissions doesn't help in that, esp for the hind cylinder. :)

  • @bbguardsp

I'm curious if you ran straight distilled water and a touch of water wetter if the temps would go down at all. If it doesn't then obviously it's the stat that broke. But you may have already tried that.

Every OE manufacturer 'warranty service' can be denied during the warranty period, if/when any unauthorised modifications to the vehicle is made. Sucks what happened and hopefully all gets sorted out in a fair manner for all involved given the circumstances and your 'mods'.
Can't honestly be 'upset/disappointed' with Ducati warranty and their decisions....frankly, I'm pleasantly surprised that the dealer was able to 'push the claim' on your behalf....hopefully, there won't be a 'charge back/claim denial' to the dealer from Ducati USA once they process the claim.

Couple questions on your exhaust. Did you steer clear of the SC Project because of your experience with it on the streetfighter and, is it true that the Arrow exits right onto the right side of the tire? Hope you get the overheating issue sorted, my V2 routinely get to the mid 220's in our 100-105 degree weather but 240's Id be worried.

Bren tune sucks for Ducati just because mani talks about it and 650 doesn’t mean it’s good. It’s a good way to blow your bike up though.
