      Good video but would be helpful if clothing was separate from the color of the mat. I had a hard time seeing your body placement. It all blended visually for me. Might just be my eyesight.

    I've been doing this routine 2-3 times a week for almost 2 months now, and my glutes and thighs look and feel much more shapely and toned! So much so, I recently shared it on facebook to sing its praises so others may benefit.
    I love this routine (and my transformed glutes and thighs) so much! Thank you. ❤️

      Oh that is so great to hear!! I love side lying so much - it's always my go-to when I want to move, but feel tired! The burn is wonderful and it's so nice to be able to lie down and still workout haha! Fabulous work!!! :) xx

      Hahahaha everyone gets quite the surprise with side lying, the burn certainly creeps up! My clients always say "oh nooo, now we have to do the other side!!" So happy you powered through, amazing work!! :) Xx

      That side lying series burn certainly creeps up to you, doesn't it?! Haha! It's definitely deceiving! Such an effective workout though, and how great is it to workout while lying down?! I love it!! :)

      @@clubforme hi emma today i finished my self challenge of doing this 7 days in a row and my form has improved and i feel lots stronger especially my quads.
      i agree side lying is my favourite!

    Mari Winsor Pilates , But they yanked the video down, so - now i'll do yours which is nearly identical... down to the thigh/bum tap after the burn. Thanks for the replacement video and shout out to Winsor RIP
